Thank you very much guys. I would say the logsection has improved very much over the last few weeks. It s a great tool to talk about training directlly (if you know what I mean) and get new ideas.
Tomorrw I will start lifitng for real again. Starting out with 20 rep squats - heavy dips and some tricepstuff. One of the new colleagues of my father is an ex german champion in shot putting and the current european champion in "stone throwing". He now wants to start rowing for fun (too old to compete). HE has already trained with Jan a bit. Jan had the idea that I could ask him to show me some lifting (cleans and stuff and some tips form his personal experience). Bernd (the shot putter) told my father that I should just call him.
I gues we will arange it that he can show me some stuff and then train with Jan.
Always great to work with top guys although Im still a weakling at the moment.

On friday night at the birthdayparty of my ex I got extremely drunk. HAd taken lots of Paracodien before which seemed to work as I didnt have to go to the toilette until later in the morning. So graedy was ready for some oldschool-graedy-stuff at least for one night. Cant really tell what happened all in all but it seems like I walked about 6-8km through the city - barefoot with a bottle of wodka in one hand. Went to a bakery with bleeding feet and of course the wodka bottle in one hand - bought some stuff while people were starring at me and only few of them responded to my happy:"Good morning!" - Maybe it was a bit hard to understand . All in all I have some cuts in my feet and Im a bit sick. But that was worth it.
Now back to the quest of getting the UC completelly under control. I just needed a little break and I got this break - thank you UC. Now its back to the ring for the two of us.

Will go training later today. But I dont expect a too good workout. Well, you never know....

Some thoughts:
Being fucking drunk often clears things up for me. I was at point s in my life when I didnt care wehter I live or die. For many weeks. My health while at the moment at an 2 year high is still shit and the main point: very unstable. So does it make sense to train? To build up strength, muscle and condition while all this is very likely broken down soon after the buildup. Probably not.
But you know what? I dont fucking care. Not anymore. Anyone can be dead the next day. Noone has the control over his life. Its just that in my case its much more extreme. So what to do? Follow logic? No! Follow the little muscle pounding in your chest! Follow your heart! I just do things now. Fuck the consequences that might occur. Is it under my control wether I die or live wether Im healthy or not? NO! I love life. I really do. But the main message of this post is:

LIFE CAN KISS MY ASS!

Woooha! C'mon! Hit me!

Still pretty sick. Light fever yesterday evening.

- Jump shrugs SG 5x3x90kg [Just have to do them for a while to get used to the motion - or "learn the motor patterns" or teach my CNS the "firing patterns"... Blahblah]

- OHP 5x2x55kg/4x55kg [start from there and add 2,5kg every week]

- Bo row 117,5x5 / then supinated 2x5x107,5 [for some reason I prefer supinated at the moment]

- DBrow 6x67,5

- Pull ups 2xBw+40kg

GRapple with friends. They start in full mount, try to submit me, I submit them . Fun. We will do this more often.
Will tell about the meeting with the prof tomorrow.

Thx. And it fucking hurt as we only have a chain and no belt to attach the weight. Cut in my waist until both "sides" of the chain almost touched
