- Pullups 2xfailure
- DBBorows 2x8x47,5/12x47,5kg [Light weight baby!]
- Uprightrows 3x8x50kg [Loved this exercise in my presherdogtimes - now it feels unsmooth]
- BOlaterals 12x13kg/10x15kg/6x17,5kg
- Curls in all variations [Curls a re getting on my nerves as usual]

MAybe I will soon add some creatine and maybe some whey. Never took any supplements before. Will only take some creatine before training and some whey after.
Does make sense to just take creatine and no whey? Because I worry about the digesting sideeffects whey can have. Hmmm.... I guess I will just try the creatine one of the younger rowers started to use. I forgot the name. But it was a familiar one. Its creatine combined with some energyboosters. Thats why you take it before training. I read quite some stuff about creatine. You get so many controversial information. I gues it really doesnt matter much when you take it.

Edit: Just reread this article http://www.t-nation.com/findArticle....le=06-086-diet

-25 mins stationary bike

My situation at the moment is getting more and more absurd. Its almost impossible to understand for someone who hasnt the same disease. I can train but I cant go out. I feel good - ten minutes later I run to the toilette every 20 mins for 2-3 hours. NExt day I have just one really bad hour. Next day I suffer like a madman. The sometimes permanent feeling of going to the toilette is worse than the pain or the bloodloss, Which can also be extreme. And everything is not visible for others. Especially now that Im off the cortison. As Im naturally pretty lean I even look muscular now. MAny people at the "Ergo challenge" asked in which race I gonna compete in. They all knew that I ahve serious health problems. They all new that Im back to some training for about 4-5 weeks. Still they asked. My training is still determined by this disease. I still cant train how I would like to train. Far from this. "Will we see each other on the Backfischfest afterwards?" "No. I can come here but I cant go there." You cant really explain this. People know pain and they know that bloodloss isnt a good thing. But how imperative stools make you less mobile than a wheelchairdriver is very hard to understand. Even if it would only be 3 per day. The fact that they are completelly unpredictable makes them that bad. MY outward appearence says: Athletic and healthy. The truth is different.

I know it sucks to be a grown man and wear diapers but damn dude it definetely sucks to confined to your house all day long. Its a big world you got to see. They got depends undergarments for adults and shit in the US and Im sure they got something in Germany like it. Maybe you dont feel comfortable lettin er rip in public but if you brought back up diapers along with you where ever you went you would be mobile.

Anyhow, I think its cool you choose to train rather than act like a little bitch and quit.

I also thought about diapers. At leats to be able to go for a walk in nonpublic places. I guess I will get some soon. I always thought:"Soon the battle is won and I dont have to arrange myself with such stuff." I guess you have to grow into it.
the good thing is that people who know me cant really understand how things go for me as its just impossible. But they fully accept it as they know that Im not someone who determines himself or whines if theres nothing to whine about. They know that Im a person who runs against walls until they brake. And if others respect you its much easier to respect yourself.

- Squats 1x20x75kg/3x8x85kg
- Front-Split-Squats 3x8x40kg [Had to find the groove. Stabilizing was a bit hard in the beginning.]
- Dumbellcomplex x 3 1 min rest [hard but I made it]

Afterwards me and a friend ate some whole grain pasta with lots of eggs and lowfatcheese.
We were sitting there after a good weightsession. Eating, joking and laughing. ITs late summer over here in Germany and the weather was just nice. I thought: "I havent made it to the finish yet. But I have already come a long, long way." There were long times life was just suffering for me. No perspective. But sometimes you have to just keep going. No matter what.
LIFE CAN BE JUST WONDERFULL!

- Inspired by our new mod SC I tested how often I can pull approximatelly my BW in 5 mins. Took 82,5 kg and went for it. The first two minutes I aimed for 60 reps which means one pull every 5 secs. That was just too much for the first time and I ended up with 40 something reps. My lower back was fucked but I think 50+ reps are possible with better "timing".

- Taught one of my friends how to squat as I want to set him on a "squats and milk program.

- Benched a bit [weak - need more intensity]

- Jan came arround and we talked for a while about his plans for Peking 2008 and life in general

- DBOHP 1x18x20kg

- helped a friend with the benchtechnique

The deadlifts were good stuff. But all in all except my squatting and my fitness nothing really improves. Many lifts do improve but Im used to faster gains. ITs probably due to the realtivelly low calories. I eat 6 meals a day. I eat oats, quark, peanutbutter, meat, fish... But as I cut out all junk and sugar I seem not to get enough calories in. On the other side when I started out again about 5 weeks ago, I made good gains. Packed on muscle and strength very fast although I ate even less than nowadays. But lets just see how the next few weeks develop before I change anything (cant really change the eating as the UC limits me there).

There's a reason that you're a sticky and my log often gets pushed back to the second page and it's not because I forget to update it. Great work..it's very inspiring!
