I have to admit that I dont know exactlly what "you hang in there" means as you cant translate it directlly and I never heard this saying before. But I gues it means something like "keep going" and I say "Thank you for the support".

- OHP 3x57,5/2x57,5/1x57,5kg [the weak core hindered me and my front delts felt like they wnated to leave the body] changed to DBs 1x12x20kg

- Pullups 8xBW/8xBw+10kg/6xBW+20kg [we only have a chain and no bellt to attach the weight --> pain]

-Walking Lunges 2x20x40kg [10 steps each side]

- High pull practice [the prob is that with low weights I tend to cheat and turn it more in a upright row in the end. But I will fix that]

- Walking arround with a barbell over my head. Dont know the weight.

All in all a bad workout. I wasnt there mentally. MY body was drained from not eating much for two days and not sleeping properly. But I dont want to excuse myself. This was a weak performance and next time I will do better given that I can keep on training. And I ahve to admit that it doesnt look to good regarding this last point. But I dont let the fears come up as much as I can.

OUHyeah! Those fuckers shall all die

- Close grip BP worked up to a single with 100kg - failed at 105kg [next week I plan on doing regular bench again. Kind of cheapass conjugation]

- Shrugs 3x12x150kg [used straps]

- Static backextensionholds with some weight as I felt so drained that I would have probably hurt myself doing RDLs.

Today I know that it was a good idea to do that little work yesterday. Yesterday I was still sore as hell from sunday workout (especially the lats and the glutes) and had zero energy. Today I feel like newborn. So tomorrows workout should become great. The UC goes up and down at the moment but its tolerable.

Hehe, in your "weak" state you're still kicking my ass in the chins and bench (when I was at my best I could do 10 chins, so you're doubling that).

Good going, just don't push too hard just yet.
