-squats (technique)
-pushups supersetted with abwheel
-frontsquats (technique) supersetted with curls
-RDL (technique)

my best friend and roommate is now ready to start with the "real" lifting.
so we do the routines together. this will be great because in the beginning we will be able to figure out the others mistakes and when we got the technique down we will push each other.
so i have a lifting partner

all in all i feel great. im weak. but i feel great. just 3 weeks ago i couldnt even imagine how wonderfull a life without permanent sickness and pain is. and now im already lifting again.
every morning i get up i feel a little bit better than the morning before. its so great that from time to time i have tears in my eyes . the nightmare turned into a wonderfull dream called LIFE! how beautyfull it is.

btw.: ate 5 steaks, one sausage, 3 donuts and 2 icecreams this evening. i have a lot to make up for .

Fuckin hell, you must be feeling better. I doubt I could even get that down me neck, let alone keep it down. Nothing but good wishes mate.

it feels like my body just wants to recover from the hard weeks as fast as possible.
i eat or sleep almost the whole day at the moment. but its not that i stuff myself. im hungry as hell all the time. just like i consume my normal food + the food i couldnt eat the last weeks / get my normal sleep + the sleep i couldnt get.
biggest meal yesterday was 1kg of Lasagne.
i guess it will normalize once my body has refilled all the reservoirs (like ferrtin, vitmain D ...).
today i will give my backprogram a try.

-Deadlift (after i had noticed, that my hamstrings are very unflexible and stretched them a lot my form is much better)
-Headpulls (i like them)
-seated rows (strength went down quite a lot but i still have the feeling)-V sit ups
-lat pull down (ohhh the strengthloss )-Side holds
-shrugs (did them with two barbells as we dont have heavy enough dumbells an i hate doing them with the barbell in front)

all in all a great workout today. i wasnt exhausted after 15-20 mins in like in the first two sessions. the first set of every exercise always feels comfortable. but then its getting hard.
but i have to remind myself all the time to take it easy. im still far away from being 100% ok. so my body will need some more weeks to recover. untill then i shouldnt punish him to much with training. but try to keep that in mind when you ae in the weightroom .

- BP 2x8x80 (i dont know if thats just normal but the most muscel and strengthloss occured on my extremeities. the bar feels like feather from the chest and gets heavy the closer i get to lockout ---> weak tris)

- IBP DB 2xssx15 (we need heavier dumbells. but as long as we dont have some i do superslow reps with the ones we have)-leg raise

- Dips 2x10 - v sit ups

- Upright Rows 2x10x47,5 (easy, will add 5 kg next session) - Hypers (static holds after each rep - nice)

- Lying DB ext. 2x10x15

kept rest periods short on the lifts i didnt superset ab work with. like that my pulse stayed up through the whole session. thats the way i like it. not this hanging arround between your heavy sets. being busy all the time. this session was awesome. felt great afterwards. i have missed this so much. have put on 6 kg of weight over the last 2 weeks. my legs, that atrophied by far the most now look normal again. i hate to look in the mirror because of a side effect of the cortison (waterretnetion in the face) my face looks like bloated, swollen.... it also feels like swollen. the cortisonakne is also getting worse. but well, this will go away once im of the stuff.
met some people, who went to school with me. they all went like: "oh man what happend to you?" "how does your face look like?! " "shrunken a little bit, hey?!" (i thought: "i want to see anyone of you going through all that shit and taking all those medicaments!" when i saw the statisfaction in some of the guys face that were always jealous about me. but i instead i just told them what happend to me. and i could feel that at least some of them felt ashame for their statisfaction.)

well, anyway. doesnt really make you feel comfortable getting such "compliments". but i take it as a new experience. and at least i know, that i wont be in that state forever.

- DL warm up 3x3x117,5 (easy but i dont wanna overdo it)
- Face Pulls 3x20x[4] (nice)
- Seated Rows 10x75/2x10x80 (easy) - 3x15 vsitups
- Lat 3x8x70 (changed the technique to target other muscel groups a bit more, made them way harder) - saxon side bends 3x8x[6]
- shrugs 3x8x105 (with one barbell this time ) - pushdowns 3x20x[4] (light workout for the tris, so that they dont get lazy )

the order of the exercises will be rearranged next time.
had the best weightsessions this week since the colitis started 2 years ago. it feels sooooo good. will wait untill im off or almost off the cortison before i start lifting some serious weight.
(dont wanna say "again" here as some of you might laugh )
