i dont believe anything about what people claim they can do untill i have seen it.
because often its like:"i was at friends place and i benched 50 kg 18 times and a 90 kg max."
i think:"this doesnt fit." and say:" ok, come training with me." and then they struggle on the 3rd rep with 50kg and cant even lock out their "maxbench".

anyway. i will still have a lot of traing to do untill i will be able to do a one handed pull up.
but when we ahve the pull up bar in our gym i will do stuff like: one hand on a towel and one hand on the bar, one handed negatives...

It was probably Matt Furey, and he supersetted them with 7 million hindu squats.

dropped another 4-5 kilos.
will start a new therapy tomorrow.
wiill take imurec (medicament they give people after organtransplantations ).
60 mg cortison at the moment. doesnt help.
so either the new therapy will help or the sideeffects will send me straight to hospital.
next weeks will show.

50 mg cortison.
feeling better every day.
at the weekend, i had appetite, hunger and didnt feel like vomiting at the same time for the first time in many, many weeks. i stuffed myself with everything you can imagine (from hamburgers to ice cream and back).
stood in the kitchen and had to cry a little bit because i felt sooo damn happy (hey, i was able to enjoy food again ;) ). when was the last time your cried (because of feeling happy) because you can enjoy ice cream?
you have to be down, down, down before you are able to experience what feeling happy really means.
i will go training on monday.
im looking forward and im afraid.
the strengthloss will be enormous.

-BP 1x12x75 (weight felt easy, but my body is absolutely not used to any physical stress anymore)

-incline BP 1x30xthdwh

-dips 1x10 (the first time i did dips in my life (we have a new construction to put the plates when you dont use them. but its also ideal to do dips . did them as deep as possible. have to get used to the motion.)

-upright rows 1x12x dont know the weight (although i performed only one set per exercise, my body felt wasted at this point)

-pushdowns (took a weight i did 25-30 repos at the end of training 2 months ago)
managed 12 reps

all in all it was a hard experience to actually see how weak i have become.
but im also quite confident, that i can increase the weights very fast in the beginning because they felt very light (weird thing to describe).

just read the articels on elitefts.com about how to keep the cortisonproduction of your body low because it clams/inhibits/obstructs (to many english words for one german word ) musclegrowth, slows down your recovery and so on.
so i think, i should train with lower intensity and shouldnt expect to much gains as long as i take the cortison.
but if everything runs fine im completely of the cortison in about 2-3 months.
