- Squats 10x10x80kg [90sec rest]
My right ankle and knee are killing me recentlly. So I decided to switch to low weights and high volume for lowerbody. Will also stop using my olies for a while.
Cleans are out too.
I hate injuries. The ankle has been bothering ever since I started back with training.
Talking to my doc he said that it might be the massive use of antibiotics that makes me so injuryprone nowadays.
Talking of antibiotics: back on 1 g of Cipro.
From next week on I gonna take 2x1g of Imipinem (also an antibiotic) a day for 10 days. Can only be applied i.v.
So it's 2 infusions a day.
Chances are that this is gonna put an end the reoccuring inflamations.
We will see...

- Finally finishing the lifting plattform (working with the glue sucked)
- CHINS up to 3/4x60kg so basically a miss but ti was really close, 50 kg felt easy
- OHP 4x3x67,5kg [solid] [on 3 mins intervalls]
- Dips 4x10x10kg
ss [on 2 min intervalls]
- Pullups L-hold 4x5xbw

Man I am hungry. Switching to MEtronidazol 1,2g for the next few days before the infusion therapy with imipinem starts.

On more day to go on the infusiontherapy.
HAve lost a couple of kilos. Got back to chickenlegstatus again.
Overall much tougher than I expected.
On the manly side I sticked the needle in my veins myself from the second day on.
Lets see when I gonna start training again....

I do some training at the moment. But nothing to write about. All high volume "average gym rat" stuff. Probably wont start any real lifting until next year...
