HB=11. Still too low but its getting better.

-Vsit 3x15
-Leg raise 6x12 (2 left-2 middle-2 right)
-reverse leg raise (for lower back) 2x8

Those fucking depression make me mad. They come every day at about the same time. All of a sudden i feel like crying and become very phlegmatic for no reason for some hours. I hope they disappear soon. On the other hand i want to lower the cortison dosage on monday to 7-0-10. So my body has to adapt again.

A new, i think it was 1000m, WR time on the CII has been put up not a long time ago. One of the rowers from the club i train says that he thinks that he is maybe capabale of beating that time and knows at least 3 others who can do it as well. He wants to try to get them all for the Ergochallenge of our club in august and battle it out while going for the WR.
This would be fucking cool!
I once took part in this challenge. I already had UC for one year those days. In the end my vision completelly disapeared and i only heard the voice of a 2m rower screaming at me (although lots of people were screaming and shouting). My time wasnt aynthing special but at least i beat all of the rowers from our club (of course except the one in the national team) and all the Personal trainers from the fitness studios taking part in the competiton . Close to death experience. You should have one at least once in your life.

Bad day UC-wise. 9 times to toilette. Some serious pain for some hours in the morning . Cortison 8-0-10. BW: 84 kg.
Remembered that my brother also has two adjustable dumbells somewhere. Found it and used the weigths. Then i had the idea to build one dumbell with maximum weight. So i did this:

- 1000m CII
- chins supersetted with pull ups 3x8
- single hand BO-rows 3x10x30,5kg [quite easy but its impossible to build a heavier one ]
- seated single hand OHP 3x6x26,5 kg [felt good. next time i go for 28,5 or even 30,5]
- DB-complex: 16,5 kg / 1:30 / 16,5 / grip gave up / put ago aside x 2 / straps / 12,5 kg [makes a lot of difference if you go through the complex at a high pace. dont even have a slight break between the exercises (not even a second to catch your breath). Do it in one "fluent" motion. Its for conditioning not for strength. Next time i will do it with 12,5 kg 1:30 sec break]
- cooldown on CII

So here is my plan:

1)
-1000m CII
-chins [vertical pulling]
-PUB feet same level [horizontal pressing]
-single arm BO-rows [horizontal pulling]
-Dumbell extensions [tricep work]
-single arm OHP [vertical pressing]
-DB-complex [conditioning]
-cooldown on CII

2)
-1000m CII
-pull ups
-PUB incline
-BO-laterals
-Tricep-knuckle pushups
-side raise
-DB-complex
-cooldown on CII

Alternate these two. Abs, dumbell swings, OH and single leg squat practice, longer distances on the CII on my "off" days.

I feel good for some hours every day in the last time. So i think it makes sense to structure the "training" a little bit. I hope to be able to do this quite regulary but it all depends on my good friend UC .
On wednesday i will meet the Probioticspecialist. I have to travel 2 times 5 hours. Will go by train. Why? Trains have toilettes

Good luck with the potential probiotic treatment Graedy. Let us know how that goes. I'm hoping that is the key.

Just curious - do you have any other auto-immune symptoms or diseases in your family?

I'd like to make a comment on your depression;

Many times fighting depression is like running in quicksand. The more you fight it, the faster you sink. Depression is a state that while keeping you phlegmatic as you say, isn't restful because of the anxiety that is associated with it...energy and will are finite...sometimes and i say this with do caution...SURRENDING and ACCEPTING the depression is the fastest way out because it alleviates the nearly impossible task of willing your way out of it and the guilt/beat down that you give yourself for being depressed...emotional states are temporary and your mood swinging down and up, oscillationg between hope and despair, is NORMAL not only for people who are battling illness but for healthy people as well. So give yourself a break and know that its OK to be depressed and that doesn't mean your "giving up."

Yeah. thx for the tip. Thats what i did the last days. I knew they would come every day about the same time and disappear later on. So i just accepted them for the time i had them. It is much better now. I think the reason for the depressions are the changes in the cortisondosage. One possible sideeffect of cortison are depression. And especially when you change the dosage the hormonsystem is very unsettled.

Traveled to the Probioticexpert (all in all 1000km+) by train. Fucking hard day. BAd day UC-wise. Couldnt relax the whole day because i had to go to toilette quite often and just felt uncomfortable all day. Started treatment today.
On tuesday Jan (the eliterower) visited me. We talked about this and that and about his training. Man, what a schedule. At least 2 times training a day + studying + work. Goal for this year is the Worldchampionship.

Some Ab and squat practice over the last days.

Yesterday:

-1000m CII
-Band pull aparts
-pull ups 2x8/1x8x5kg
-PUB incline 3x12
-Bo laterals 2x10x14,5kg
-Tri push ups on PUB elevated feet 3x12
-DumbellFloorpress

-Dumbellcomplex 3x12,5kg 1:10 min rest

-Cooldown on CII

This workout is very taxing on the recovery between sets (short rest). And thats what im bad at because of the low HB (blood cant transport much oxygen). So i think by attacking this i send my body the sgnal to concentrate on regenerating the blood. And its fun to almost collapse .
