- 45° Backraise 5 sets

Very nice session today. Kept a good pace throughout the whole workout. On the 16th of october I will have my hopefully last little surgery. This one is needed as the slight bleeding after the last small one doesn'T stop on its own. Well... shit happens. This time it is only minor shit though
Would like to know where Barut's progress towards the 1 arm pullup is nowdays.

Installed the new climbing rope in the weightroom today.
OF course I had to try it out then.
As the roof isn'T that high I sat on ground besides the rope, grabbed it and then started climbing up while holding an L-hold. Haven'T done rope climbs in ages but this was easy. Should make for a great finisher on my pulldays. And of course I have to try the weighted version very soon
Might be good fun for another church vid.

- OHP [strict] 2x5x70kg/5x65/5x62,5/5x60 = 1637,5kg in 15mins [Although a 5kg PR, the first set turned out to be too light as I managed another one with the same weight]

- DBBP 4 sets trying to figure out a way that doesn'T aggrivate my right shoulder

- Dips 22/10/6 [60sec rest, my tris were fried at this point]

- Side raise 3 sets

- Obliques 2x12x50kg

- SB 10min @ lvl 11 hills

No workout without a PR. I must be doing something right

Huh.

So Jäger is actually available and drunk in Germany? I always figured that the name was a marketing ploy for some U.S. distillery, but always found the stuff so vile that I never really looked into it.

It used to be a drink for grandpas. My father always said that they always looked down upon it in his youth as it was the complete opposite of "cool" or "in".
Some marketing genius brought it back from the "dead" some years ago.
We actually often say "Jagerbombs" with an American accent when drinking the stuff and then laugh about it.
From what I heard Jägermeister has more of Guidotouch to it in the US. This is not the case over here.

Graedy I did a couple full ROM chins yesterday with my 80lbs nephew hanging on my back. Get your shit together. If I ever get the one-armed chin I think I'll be the heaviest person to ever get one..;

- Seated jumps 3x5 [explosivness definatelly improved on those]

- One handed pulldowns [supinated] 3x[50kg]/3x[80kg]/3x3x[100kg]

- OHS 2x5x60kg [Weight "cleaned" from the ground - my form on cleans is a disasaster]

- ATG Squats 25x90kg [I have finally found a nice setup for squats, depth and technique were sport on, +5 rep PR, one day in my life I wanna be able to deepsquat my bw for 100reps - lots of work to do]

- Calves 2x30x150kg [3 different footpositions]

- stretching

At the moment it feels like those 25x90kg were not enough.

I went to the same university as the guy in this video. He had a J-pouch surgery last year and is now deadlifting 750lb. His PR before he had surgery was 744.
