Good work mate, you've been a tremendous inspiration to many people. I look forward to seeing what you're lifting in a few years!

Good job Graedy, everything looks to be on the up and up.

Thx, guys. As said before the support from here was and still si great. Let's see what the future brings liftingwise.

So yesterday the rack arrived. BEcause of the strong euro and weak dollar I wanted to get the Monster BAse one from South side - didn't work out for a couple of reasons.
So I ordered a normal small one here in GErmany.
On top of that the 30, 40 and 50kg fix dumbell pair arrived.

- CHINS parallel grip 6x20kg/6x25kg [solid reps]

- Rackpulls [20 - number of pin, slightly over kneelevel] 8x150kg/5x170kg/1x200kg/0x240kg [the 200kg felt very easy, so I went for the 240kg - not today]

- DBrows 15x50kg [I should have ordered the 60kg DB instead ]

- some DB shrugs

- couple of burpees

I hope to be able to let my right adductor finally heal without stopping lowerbodytraining altogether by doing partial stuff lik Rackpulls and boxsquats. On top I have a "get used to menweight" phase like that. Left midback alaways starts cramping when doing pullups, no matt erthe grip and no matter the weight. Jan told me about some good chiropractics.
Gonna do that soon.

Well... two PRs left on the plate: BP 1x130kg current 1x120kg and Pullups 5x25kg current 5x17,5.

The pullups PR will probably fall soon. Haven't tested those in a while. The bench will take some time. Don't plan to do any BB benching in the next couple of weeks. But then some boardwork should take care of the weak lockout and the 130kg should soon be mine again.

Then it is time to focus on working towards the 15xbw OHS and the one handed pullup.

Still training, but really only once a week. I'm competing in two weeks, the most I've done recently was 95kg snatch, 130kg clean & jerk. I'm hoping to do ~100/135 when I compete.

Now that some things have happened, I can also say the real reason why it's my last competition (at least for the foreseeable future). I'm moving with my work to New York (and taking my girlfriend with me).

It's very exciting, and a tad scary, however because I won't have a car, I won't be near a good oly gym, and my body has a few problems already, I just can't justify giving the sort of commitment I need to make the most of the sport.

I'm trying to think of what else to do, I'm probably gonna push deadlifts and work on the exercises I never did (ie. bench, chins). I'd love to try some acrobatic type training.

A 130kg clean and jerk is still mighty impressive imho.
What kind of acrobatic training do you plan on doing?
I had always planned to incorporate more stuff like like handstand pushups, one arm pushups, one arm CHINS etc in my training.
Also would like to work with the rings doing stuff like iron cross and such.
Just lifting gets boring over time and being able to do such high level bw exercises makes you independant from a gym.

So next project for me: Being able to do a free handstandpushup - this is gonna be a lot of work to do

The lifting is below my best, but still nice enough to do more than the normal gym rats :-)

I hear what you're saying about applying strength to practical movements. I want to work on my vertical leap, learn to do backflips, improve handstand pushups, chins etc.
