You see quite some guys strict OHPressing 60kg for reps but they often don't lock out or go only down to chinlevel.
I am still surprised that technique and a good legdrive can bring you that far.
I mean those guys jerk double what they can press then. Cool stuff.

Great av btw. I was up on my feet screaming at the TV when he stood up with his last attempt. Right before he went for the jerk my heartrate was probably like 200

I missed his final attempt because I was at work and had to go to a meeting I told a collegue to send me an email to my backberry with the result! I then left work early to see the re-run on TV and still got the shivers.

Some changes: Change my diet quite a lot. All the mass of quark and milk isn't really that good for me. Contains way too much lactoce which speeds up digestion - and that is the last thing that I want.
On top of that too much of it makes me feel sick for hours.
My plan is to eat a big meal consisting of meat and potatoes in the morning. Bread and bananas over the day. Not quite sure how my digestive system responds to some added falxseed or olive oil. Will try that out.
So far this has made a huge difference.
Toilettefrequency went way donw and I felt overall way better.
But I am not sure if I can really keep to it. I love milk Need to get used to eating bread on a regular basis. Used to eat tons of oats when I was healthy. But they are no option with the pouch.
All in all this means that my proteinintake will drop quite a lot.
MAybe I will try out some lacostefree proteinpowder ones everything has setteled in.

"Extreme circumstances require extreme actions."

So if you ever spot a guy eating a huge warm meal at 6am, this guy is probably me.

Training will also be different than planned.
I am in the mood for some "whatever I feel like that day stuff".
Kept good record of my training so far.
This makes it easy to shoot for some type of PR almost every session. Be it more reps at a certain weight, volume PR, densitiy PR or 1,2,3Rm.

Plan to test my 3 RM in dips tomorrow, then do some boxsquats and then some Incline DBpresses.
Just as an example.

We will see...

Have you read up on Paleo and your digestive situation?

A Paleodiet is definatelly nothing for me anymore. Not having a colon anymore means that I need to avoid fiber.
I tolerate large amounts of carbs very good. They don'T make me fat. On top of that carbs slow down your digestion.
So I gonna mainly eat: Meat, fish, potatoes, pasta, rice, bananas, other fruit containing pretty little acid, some nuts and maybe oils.
Diary will still be in. Just not in excess amounts. I am not lactointolerant.
Tomorrow it will be time for some shopping.

sheessshhh! I just finished reading through 183 pages of this.
You got teh ballZ Graedy.
One thing that amazed me is that even at your weakest half-dead point you could always just get on your feet and pump some chinups - and with more weight than I do.
Glad I found your log man.
