@ Fatkid: Thx, man. SAme here: LSD is just boring as hell. I plan to build some baseendurance and then base most of my conditioning work arround HIIT (so Guerilla cardio is a good option). I believe that, despite all the beating LSD recentlly gets, it is still necessary if one wants to reach its full potential.

@ Kazeno: NEver played the tabletop (really don'T know why, just always had different stuff to do). REad some books form the Gaunts Ghost series recentlly. Of course this stuff is shitty written but the whole universe is just too cool.

- Boxsquat 3x150kg/2x160kg/3x3x140kg [the determining factor was me not being used to such high weights on my back - kinda fightened me ]

- Frontsquat 6x60kg/6x80kg/4x100kg [I just had a a look what was the most reps I ever frontsquatted 2 plates and did one more rep. Deep and explosive reps with a clean grip. Felt good]

- SLDL 2x15x60kg [the fucking erectors just don't fire synchorn )

- Obliques 2x13x45kg

- CII 500m in 1:28:4 [had planned to test my 750m time but my legs and lower back were just shot. At the 500m mark I had still a pretty solid pace and my lungs and heart felt alright. But my lower back was cramping.]

HAd the pouchoscopie today:
Pouch is good. There is just a little bit of colon mucosa left close to the sphinker. This will be removed in 1-3 (depending on how much it really is) very small surgeries.
Will be 1 day preperation, one day surgery and the next day "goodbye". Will probably have the first one done in september.
This is exactlly as I had expected.
The healing process of each of the surgeries will last 3 days. So the only reason why it deserves the name "surgery" is beacuse I need to be under a general anaesthetic.
Just a walk in the park for a veteran like me

Didn'T train gripper last couple of weeks. SAw my COC #2 lying arround. Gave it a try. Closed it for 2 easy reps with my right hand and was surprised how light it felt.
Tried with my left hand, and....

- CoC # 2 closed with realtive ease and held it close for some seconds

The Misses and me have a race running.
As far as I remember it was sig rights for 2 weeks.

*heads over to Martin's log*

Didn'T do anything yesterday and today as my legs were just sore as hell. It is probably soon time for some deloading on the squats or some change of exercises. And as deloading is kind of... well... ya know.... I plan to do the following:
T3 5x10 ATG Squats 25 mins
T3 5x5 DL 20 mins
T3 5x3 Boxsquat 20 mins

Frontsquats and abs will be done after the Dls and Boxsquats. Just abs after the ATG squats.
I hope my lower back doesn't fire all wild on the DLs.
