Yesterday I jogged to a local lake, swam for a bit and jogged back.

It is all hot and humid over here in Germany.
I am looking forward for todays squatsession. Already got 2 meals in and plan to eat one more time before heading to the weightroom. My mental focus is a little off.
But it is definatelly time for a solid ATG BS PR today.

- CHINS 8x20kg [felt solid as hell, on a fresh day I am probably good for 10+ with a plate now, so doing lots of pullups got me strong on CHINS while my pullups did'tn improve much]

- ATG Squats 1x120kg/1x130kg[+5kg PR]/2x120kg/3x110kg/5x5x100kg [Videotaped the 120kg and 130kg, didn'T push it today, had 5-10kg more in me, but I am still not sure what the right stance is for me]

- RDL 12x70kg
snatch grip 5x80kg/5x90kg [focus was on trying to make my back fire properly]

- Skullcrusher 12x50kg/8x50kg
ss
Curls 12x30kg/10x30kg[60sec rest]

Next sunday I plan to push it on the boxsquat a little bit and then do some frontsquatting.
My current PL total is 904lbs.
Gonna definatelly break the 1000lbs barrier this year.
But my focus is not and will probably never be on PLing.
Still interesting and just another goal to have.

Vids will probably be uploaded tomorrow.

I was gonna congratulate Graedy on his squat PR, but now that I think about it, I think I'll just go and make fun of his inferior biceps strength in the Pub...

Here is the vid:

My own critiquepoints:

- The 130kg looked better than the 120kg
- My stance should be more narrow
- Depth is ok but it could be slight bit deeper

What is good:
- Speed of the reps
- Lower back doesn't round

Critique from anyone is very welcome.

As I said to you already, they look pretty good and easy going.
I think you easily could have managed 140kg. Let's try this next time.
Seems we're also PR racing on squats additionally to push press.
Well done!

Thx, guys.

Yesterday was a great day. Spent the whole afternoon on a local lake. Just lying in the sun and swimming. Then I went to the weightroom:

- BP 3x110/3x107,5/3x3x105=1600kg in 15 mins [+2,5 kg on the topset and +40kg density]

- CHINS 4x5x20kg [90sec rest]
ss
- Dips 3x10x20kg/7x20kg [90 sec rest]

- some other random stuff

Then Jan, Tobias and me went jogging. As my endurance is still shit I only jogged for about 40 mins. Just when I arrived at the rowing club it started to rain. So I ran some short sprints outside in the rain. Afterwards I went inside to stretch. Then a fullgrown thunderatrom started.
So I undressed except for my short trouser and went outside to jump arround in the rain with lightings and thunder all over the place. It was great. I felt so alive.
Then Jan and Tobias arrived.
We then had a warm shower while talking about how great todays training was.
After driving home me and Tobias ate a whole lot of steaks.
To finish this great day I went to my girlfriend and had sex.
DAys like that are what life is all about.

Tomorrow: Squatting.
