By the way. I helped out at another surgery a couple of weeks ago and watched a hemicolectomy last week.
Was allowed to touch and squeeze the part of the colon they cut out. Then one of the docs said:"You find the tumor?" So I searched for it and found it.
Medicine is cool stuff.

- Pullups 2x3x27,5kg

- Chin ups ladder up to 10 reps

- Squats 15x90kg/15x80kg

- BP 6x100kg [weight felt light]

All in all a shitty session.

As my right groin still hurts in a very strange way so I decided to bench instead of squat today.

- BP 3x107,5=322,5/2x3x105=630/3x102,5=307,5/3x100=300 = 1560kg in 15 mins

- Dips 12x20kg/12x25kg [+2reps]

- Cablerows 25xstack/16x+20kg/2x15x+20kg [Did them Arnoldstyle - much better this way]

- Shrugs some

- Dragon flags some

- OHP strict 3x60kg [fast and easy reps to stay in the groove]

Will see the doc next week so he can have a look at the groin and other random pouchrelated stuff.

The T3 wholebody sessions were too much. I made very good progress and got in a good groove for the chosen exercises because of the high freqency. But all in all it was too much. At least at the moment. Maybe in some months I will have the workcapacity to handle this. But T3 from my understanding means increasing both intensity and density as much as possible each time you train. And doing so for 3 compound momvements in one session 2-3 times per week might just be too much.
All in all I felt drained all the time. And recentlly my appetite went very low and my mood was also pretty bad. All the long years I was sick I always promised myself: "You gonna train again. You gonna train hard again. But you will change one thing this time: You will listen to your body. If you feel that the training cuts into the rest of your life by making you fell tired and beat up - YOU WILL CUT IT DOWN."
If this will make me progress at a slower pace - so be it. But I guess that it will even be better and lead to more progress in the long run.

NEw plan:

Sunday: heavy pullups, Squat T3, assistance

Wednesday: Bench T3, assistance

Fridqay: High rep circuit or other conditioning stuff, core

@ Vla: Where is the vid?!

So today it was time to pulverize my pathetic PP PR.

- Pushpress 1x80kg/1x85kg/1x90kg [+10kg PR]/2x0x100kg [almost got the second attempt - would have been too nice]

- DBBP incline 9x40kg/8x37,5kg/8x35kg [had planned to do T3 but changing the weight on the DBs was getting on my nerves way too much - so this is just simple volumework]
followed by
-incline Pushups on PUBs 1x15

- Cablerows 20x+20kg/2x15x+20kg [90sec rest]

- Dips 8x30kg

Tons of stretching.

PRs left:
BP (130kg), OHS (4x80kg), Pullups (5x25kg), Dips (5x40kg)

I expect pullups and dips to fall soon. Next is probably gonna be OHS and last but not least bench. But we will see...

Thx, guys.
How cool would it have been if I had hit the 100kg ?
It was so fucking close.
But there is always next time..

Btw. I described the pain in my groin to one of the surgeons. He said from the description of the pain it could be a hernia. So he made an examination. Definatelly not a hernia - YEhaw! It is very, very likely a strain in the adductor. Will just go away over time...
This means squatting on sunday.
