- Farmers walk 150kgx1 1/2 / x 1/2 [Was ok...]

- Benchpulls up to 3x107,5kg
wide grip 2x20x67,5kg/7x87,5kg

- DBBP [incline] 14x35kg/6x40kg [Much better]

Right groin still makes problems. Sometimes more sometimes less. It is more than 3 weeks now. Still not better. Will see a doc about this soon. This just annoys me. I just hope it is not a hernia. This would suck to no end.

- Pullups 14/9/10/8/7 = 48 in 20 mins [of course I can do much more in 20 mins. But the goal was to do as many reps as possible for 5 sets, with each set taken to failure. But even considering this I suck at bwpullups at the moment. For me a good strengthlevel at weighted pullups never trasnlates into a good level of pullups for reps.]

- FS 5x100/97,5x4[got lightheaded]/2x5x92,5/6x90 [one rep to even out] = 2355kg in 20 mins

- OHP strict 3x70kg/4x3x65 = 990kg in 15 mins

- Curls 20x30kg

- Dips 10x25kg

Again I put 5 kg on my first set. Fucking right groin still feels strange. Gonna put ATG BS in for the FS. Bodyweight fluctuates between 86 and 88kg.

Thx, Alon. Nice to hear from you.

Also thx, Devil. I do them with a full pushup (not that crappy form ones you see many people do) and an explosive jump.

Did some stuff on friday:

- DBBP incline 17x35kg[+3reps]

- other stuff

- Benchpulls 4x5x95/5x100kg = 2400kg in 15 mins

- ATG BS 2x120kg/1x125kg (275lbs) [+5kg PR]/10x100kg/5x100kg

- OHP strict 8x60kg/8x55kg/2x8x52,5/8x50 = 2160kg in 20 mins [+5kg on the topset again]

- Curls 20x32,5kg

- Skullcrusher 22+3x32,5kg

- Lots of grueling stretching with Jan

I trained in the morning this time and I felt completelly fucked from the beginning. Still a PR in squats and +5kg for 8 reps strict OHP PR. But this doesn't statisfy me. I am angry about everything that doesn'T work too well and am unable to be happy about the good progress and the PRs. It is just still a laughable level...
