Thx.

- Burpee 100 chalange in 12:00 mins [First time ever doing burpees not just to try them out. Did a full push up and jump at every rep. Banged out the first 20 fast in a row. BReathing and the upperbody psuhing muscles were the most fucked up.]

Must be much better next time!

After a bit of kg/lb conversion, I believe that I can safely say:

Solid work, Graedy.

Yeah, thx. Increased the topsets in FS and OHP by 5kg (about 11lbs) and the volume over time even more drastically. In the pullup I only increased the topweight by 1,25kg but the timed volume by 100kg.

Once I focused more on pushing my hips through on the way up at FS they felt even better. So I also improved my form today.

Progress, progress.

I thought my weight would settle at 85kg. But now it seems like my body decided to grow some more as I am getting slowly but surely heavier and heavier without stuffing myself. Still lean and on't plan to compete in ayn weightclass anytime soon - so I see no need to cut calories to stop the growing.

I am now back to lifting for 1 month and 5 days...

- BS ATG 10x85/10x90/1x95/1x100/1x110/1x120/fail@130kg [Will definatelly have it next time]

- OHP strict 5x65/2x5x62,5/2x5x60 = 1550kg in 15 mins [topweight increased by 5kg, volume increased by 125kg]

First time doing backsquats since being back to training. Felt surprisingly good. Depth was really good. Deep squats are just a blast in olyshoes. Will tape the next PR for form criticism.
