- Pullups 3x25/2x3x22,5/2x3x21,25kg = 1612,5kg in 15mins

- FS 10x80kg/10x77,5kg/10x72,5kg/2x10x70kg = 3700kg in 25 mins [Brutal]

- OHP [strict] 5x60kg/2x5x57,5/2x5x55 = 1425kg in 15 mins

- OHS 4x60kg

- Powercleans some with 65kg one with 85kg [my form is just ugly as shit]

I really love the T3 concept so far. Can't already say which kind of results it produces for me.

Thx. Go for the 500m then. 250m is just too short.

Graedy,

I just looked at your log for the first time today. I also have UC, so I can relate to much of what you've gone through. I'm really glad to see how well you're doing post-surgery. This disease takes so much of a psychological toll in addition to all the physical problems it causes, so it's great to see someone who refuses to let it control his life. Keep up the great work!

Thx, man. MAkes me really happy that this log seems to give you a heads up. Keep fighting!

- CII 500m in 1:30.6 [Now we are halfway talking, started breaking down at 300m, just couldn't keep the strokes per minute up]

- DBrows 12x50kg [2rep PR]

- Dips 2x12x20kg

then I just trained with bad intentions. I completelly was the idiot in the gym. My goal was to train my arms until I wasn't able to move them anymore. So I just kept hitting Tris and Bis formally known as teh Gunzors in an alternating fashion with little to no rest. Just thought of an exercise, grabbed a weight and kept going until complete failure. I went for the burn and the pump and felt like motherfucking Arnold.
After the minute long rage I really couldn't move my arms anymore.

I have to admit it was fun. But I am well aware of the fact that 80% of the actual work was done in the first 20% of my workout .

Gunzor training FTW.

Don't let the pessimistic and condescending bastards tell you differently; your guns are the most visible (and hence) the most important muscle group.

I guess it was smashius who said "If you don't train the gunz0rs, you don't train!"

My bodyweight is now at a soild 85kg. I carry less bodyfat than I did in march after the last surgery as the stress and starving always makes your body hold more bodyfat then when being very active and eating on a regular basis.
That means that I have gained 10kg (22lbs) of muscle in about 3 months. Given the fact that I am back to any kind of heavy lifting for only one month now I am very pleased with the results. The results could probably be even better if I wasn't limited in my diet choices by the pouch. But no way I gonna complain. The results in musclemass are very good. The pouch might slow the process down a little bit but it doesn't really hold me back in any way.
Now I am very excited to see how my strength develops. In the last 5 weeks I have found a good groove in the basic exercises and my form is solid.
Although my experience is very limited, the T3 concept wholebodysessions is something I really enjoy and I already have an idea on how to arrange the training to be able to do the T3 on every workout without overworking the chosen exercises. But for now I gonna keep the alternating T3 wholebody - Concept II followed by upperbody assistance.
I plan to the 20rep squatprogram for 4-6 weeks probably in august or september to gain some more musclemass in the legs (need to get rid of the skinny leg syndrome to feel completelly healthy ).
Then I will move to another city and will have to find a new place to lift during the weekdays.
And in october the medical study begins.
I am making plans!

Not half bad for a man who damned near died in the recent pass. Go Graedy go!
