Nice pullups. It's upsetting to be out pulled by a german with no shit chute. You win this round, graedy...you win this one...

I just read all 166 pages of this today. All I have to say is war fucking Graedy. In the span of going through your log I've had the opportunity to do some serious thinking about how I've squandered my life and really put it in perspective. If I ever make it back to Schweinfurt or Munich I'd love to stop in and visit, and my plan is if that ever happens, I'm not going to be very similar to the guy I was when I woke up this morning.

Wow. That must have taken you quite some time. That's a big compliment. The big support and comments like that are what made me keep writing this log. Really helped me to squeeze some positive things out of this fucking disease.
If you ever come to Germany - just come arround.

- neutral grip pullups xa lot [someone had put a V-handle on the pullup bar so I tried those - felt great]

- benchpulls xsome with some weight

Then me and two freinds went to a local lake to swim and hang out in the sun. On the way back I found the CoC #2 he got from me as a present a couple of weeks ago. So I grabbed it and closed it - for the first time. Held it closed and couldn't believe how easy that was.
So:

- CoC #2 closed with right hand

Regarding on how long we know each other I was a bit surprised that we two never were on a lake together. Congrats on #2. Hope I can join you on training soon. I bring my #2 so that you can show me your outrageous strength. I feel my squat throne on the rowing club shaking One week till your kick start on your lower body right?

Right.
Some weeks ago you were talking differentelly.
Don't surrender too fast. That I outbench already means nothing reagrding my squat. It is gonna be a whole lot of work to beat you there.

Helping out at the surgeries was amazingly cool. I am still stoked. I was helping out at two 3+ hours surgeries.
For the second one they opened the abdomen of a woman like they had done it with me couple of months ago.
I could see all inner organs and whatnot - wow!
The crazy thing was that at both surgeries I wasn't just watching. I really worked with the surgeons. Held the liver aside, cut the threads and so on. At the second half of the second surgery I acted as the 3rd and 4th hand of the head physician.
When they cut open the abdomen they expected me to collapse. But I told them that I have seen my own small intestities and think that I gonna hold up well.
And indeed a bit to my own surprise I was completelly relaxed and didn'T feel sick or dizzy one bit.
I just found it very interesting.
With a little bit of luck I will help out there again.
I told them that helping with a colectomy would be a very fucking cool thing to do.

I promised lolcats, here they are!

I don't take my drug as I'm ill so I had no chance but to see what you've done there for real.
Don't worry, I took the feeling like vomiting for you.

I'm really surprised that they allowed you to reach inside a human body. They must've had a very good impression of you.
