Today the weather was nice so I went in the garden and dug up some plots. Wanna bed some tomatoes soon.
Selfgrown tomatoes taste the best.
Last week of endless freetime.
From next monday on I am part of the workingclass again.
People who haven'T seen me in a while are shocked when they see me now.
Shocked in a positive way.
I look healthy and fit - surprise, surprise

- one arm hang 3 sets
ss
- BP 5x70kg/5x75kg/5x80kg [easy, getting back in the groove]

- Pullups x3
- Squats x30
- Dips x6
- CHINS x5
- Squats x30
- Dips x10
- Lunges x15

As a circuit without rest in between exercises. 1:30 min rest after each round. 4 rounds.

I added another set of squats in there and cut the rest from 2 mins to 1:30. Worked well.

- DBCurls 17x12,5kg

- side raise 6x12,5kg

Decided to use the Ripptoe's beginners once I can properly train again.
Soon....

- Legpress 3x5x140kg
ss
- Squats practice with just the bar [As I had an open hole on the right side of my abs for over half a year I have created a habit of avoiding to use those muscles, this makes my squat slighlty uneven - I have to correct that before I start adding weight]

- BP 5x85kg/5x87,5kg/5x90kg [easy, form is still not what it should be]

- CHINS 12/9/8 [And again I am stronger at pullups than I am at CHINS - weird]

- Fatmanpullups

As you can see I start easing into the Ripptoe's novice plan. Squats and DL will be replaced by less abworking exercises for the next 2-3 weeks.
Had some problems with massive sickness, higher toilette frequency and overall tiredness the last couple of days. So I took 2 days off from training, went to bed early and slept a lot.
Already feeling much better now.
Probably it was a combination of the usual sickness problem (my doc and me are working on it - testresults should be there soon), overtraining (triedness and msucleaches all over the body are a good sign I guess) and the infection I still carry arround.
Worst thing would be a pouchitis (inflamation of the pouch) - but as there is no blood and I already feel much, much better I don'T think that is the case at all. Just something that makes me worry from time to time. Pouchitis has nothing to do with the UC and can be treated quite easily with antibiotics. Still not a nice thing to have. But I pan to never ever have one anyway.

You know I appreciate your effords. But remember what the doc's said. Not more than 5kg added to bw. The bar is 20kg.
I understand your pleasure feeling ready for lifting, but listen to someone just ONCE in your lifetime and hold out those fscking 2 1/2 weeks. Don't forget we have a deal ;)
If there's no one I can squat with in summer because you fscked up your abs I won't visit you at the hospital. I'm serious kitten.

@ feature boy: Wait until I start back with squating. It is gonna be a shame. I really have chicken legs with chicken strength at the moment.

Dear Vla,
I have curled with more than 20kg already. So 20kg on my back won't hurt me. But I promise that I won't add any weight to that bar for the next 2 weeks. IT will just be formpractice. And I need the actual bar on my back for this.

Thought about that too. But you can't really figure your proper barposition with it.
With the actual bar I can see which gripwidth I like best, which barposition etc. and don'T have to translate it from the stick to the bar once I can start out again.

Worked in the hospital for the last two days. Will do so for the next 3 months. I like it so far and my health allows me to do all the work there for 8 hours a day like any healthy person. In fact I am better than any "normal" person could ever be after just two days as I know most of the stuff from my long stays at different hospitals as a patient. Must be good for something

Nah. Need to do this as I wanna study medicine. But the food is free
Friday should be very interesting. Will probably help out at surgeries the whole day. Normally this prcatical training you work with the nurses and you have nothing to do with the docs. Sometimes you wonder why you have to do all that stuff as you don'T wanna become a nurse but a doc. But it is ok as you gonna work at the same place later on and so you know how it is from their perspective.
So helping at surgeries is normally not what you do.
But one of the docs asked me and so I am in - cool thing for me.
Told him in short that I have experinced quite some heavy stuff as a patient - his comment: "Cool. So you probably not gonna collapse from seeing what you gonna see at the surgeries."
Good for something, eh...

- Legpress 5x140kg/5x150kg/5x160kg
ss
- Squatpractice with just the bar

- Dips 3x5x27,5kg [will be repalced with CGBP and later with OHP, neckharness is all good up untill 20kg then it starts getting uncomfortable using it for adding weight at dips]

- Benchpull up to 8x90kg [felt surprisingly easy and solid]

Ran out of time. Wanted to do some more as this is the place I would originally do DLs.
Well, anyway... 2 more weeks to go as a pussy.
