- Legpress 10x120/5x140/5x160/2x5x140
ss
- 45° backraise

What used to be a ligh cough the last couple of days has turned into a grown out cold.
The coughing and sneezing make the scar on my right side hurt - this gets on my nerves.

I am ahead of time over here in Germany

Done as a circuit x4 with 2 minutes rest between rounds:

- Pullup x3
- Squats x30
- Dips x6
- CHINS x5
- Dips x10 [would normally be inclne pushups but because of the abs I can't do those yet]
- Lunges x15

The no rest between exercises makes it hard. My lungs were so filled with mucus it felt like breathing through pulp. Wonderfull. Next time I do this I gonna reduce the rest between rounds to 1.30 mins and then step by step to one minute. Then I gonna up the number of reps in the exercises and maybe add another round of squats after the CHINS.
And now the fucking cold may go away!

- BP, paused [with legs on a chair to avoid abdomminal pressure] 4x6x70kg

- CGBP 2x6x70kg

- Pullups [isometric hold at top at every rep] 5x5xbw

-45° backraise 18xbw

The benching was easy. Felt a bit strange as I haven't done it for ages.
In 4 weeks I gonna start with direct abwork and see how my scars react to it. Then I gonna intensify the abwork and then start back with squats and deadlifts.

Saw your vid pulling 4 wheels in the PR thread. Nice work. Would be really nice if I reach this mark before this year ends.
