- Cable rows paralell bar 20xstack/12xstack+20kg/6xstack+40kg/20xstack

- Legpress 20x80kg/15x100kg/15x120kg/15x140kg
ss
- 45° backraise 3x15xbw

- Calfraise 15x120/12x120

- SB 10min@120 watt

As my intensity has to remain pretty low until the bas are full yhealed I decided to try out how an upped frequency might work. So I now gonna shoot for 5-6 trainingdays/week.
Gonna keep the high calorie intake until I tip the scale at 85kg. I probably reach the 85kg by the time I start working at the hospital. Which means that I gonna be active for 8 hours and have less time to eat.
This alone will probably cut the bodyfat I gonna put on.
Yesterday I was 83.5kg.

Right. I'm da bomb!

- pullups 5xbw/7xbw/8xbw/9xbw/8xbw/7xbw/6xbw
ss
- Dips 5xbw/5x5x20kg

- CGBP legs up 20x50kg [tried this as I thought that it might be ok for the abs. It is - but holding the fucking legs up and relaxing my abs gets on my nerves.]

- DB uprighrows 15x12,5kg/3x15x17,5kg

- Curls [my biceps are bulging and peaking and cutting and growing and balooning at the same time - it is awesome!]

Tomorrow: Legpunishment.
