My obliques are very sore from the sprinting. But all in all it felt alright.

- Benchpulls 15x70kg/10x75kg [felt good today so I did 10x75 instead fo the originall planed 20x65kg]
- side raise 12,5kgx6 and then down the rack without rest
- ran out of time and had to go
Went to a lecture about the modern methods in visceral surgery yesterday. That was fucking interesting. The prof had all the medical devices with him. Demonstrated many of them on foam and you could even try out some of them yourself. Afterwards you could ask questions which turned to me and the prof talking. I can't wait to start studying.
