Sounds good man, just a little more patience and you can start grinding out some serious reps again.

Yeah. Then I only need some muscle and strength to move some weight.

- Dynamic lunges 5x3x30kg [->35kg next time]

- Bulgarian SS 6x10x25kg [60sec; as it is all in all 120 reps it turns more into a conditioning workout especially with the 60 sec rest ->3x10x35kg@90sec]

- Calfraise in legpressmachine 18/15/15x100kg

If you like lunges, try Bulgarian Splitsquats. They are the lunges for the masochists.

i'd say it's about time to have funlinks posted here. Sorrows are gone now. Time for some lolcats.
Nothing brightens a day more than a nice lolcat. Besides sun and a men-sized pack of schokojumbos.

You better enjoy your Schokojumbos this week. Soon the dieting begins. But before that I wanna see a 115kg Frontsquat and a 130kg+ DL tomorrow and a 90kg bench and 120kg+ Backsquat on thursday. So be prepared.

Was the second warm day this year. As my legs were only slightly sore I went outside and:

- jogged for a while [surprisingly hard, but I always ahted jogging anyway]

- ran a couple of sprints [went surprisingly well]

Tomorrow it's upperbody followed by conditioning again.
My body's ability to recover has already improved a lot.
the first couple of workouts I really felt shot afterwards and in the very beginning I even was tired as hell the following 2 days.
