- Stationary bike hills lvl 9 for 20 mins [easy]

- other stuff

BW was 80kg yesterday evening. But I feel sick the last couple of days. But I don'T worry about that as I expect it to go away in the next couple of days. Is just getting on my nerves.
Slept for 8 hours in a row last night. Not quite sure but this is probably a PR ever since the UC started.

Not pessimistic. I have never been a pessimist. But I don't trust the peace yet.
Just ordered the Ironwork II Olyliftingshoes.

My father is a cancer survivor of UC and Chroens(sp). When his colon was removed several cancer polyps that were missed during numerous colon scopes were found.

My father isn't like Graedy in that he just gave up. My dad don't workout or nothing and managed to give himself diabetes. Smoking pot is the last thing he needs to do; if he needs a chemical diet he should try speed because he's 50lbs overweight. All sarcasm aside Graedy don't start sticking other things in your body becasue you don't have the room to make mistakes. Eat and live clean.

I don'T plan to take any drugs, be it alcohol or weed or whatever, on a regular basis. I know how hard it is to get rid of a drug you are addicted to due to my experiences with opioid containing painkillers.
But you can argue about drugs all day... apart from the sideeffects, the fact that you need more and more over time to reach the same effect and the danger of getting addicted, they are fun.

@ JRT6: Does your father now have a permanent ileostomybag or does he have a pouch?
You can't say that someone gave up just becasue he doesn'T work out or is overweight. Different people have different priorities. I love sports and especially any form of resistancetraining not only for the effect it has on my body but also becasue I enjoy doing it.
The only time I did sports for the healthreasons alone was when I did those steady state cardio sessions on the stationary bike after the first surgery.

Olyshoes arrived with the mail today already.
Fit perfectlly.
I wear them ever since they arrived.
I wear them right now.
If I got enough time then I plan on starting olylifting in a year or two. Always admired the sport and had actually planned to try it out righ before the UC started.
For now I gonna use them for bwsquats and in 8 1/2 weeks for the real stuff again.
14th of may - here i come!

No bag they reattached the last bit of his large intestine even though it greatly increases the chance or cancer re-occurance but that was my father's decision.

My dad gave himself diabetes and he refuses to workout in any way shape or form. I offered to buy him an exercise bike and a tv to place in front of it and he said he would never use it. The quality of his life is in decline and he contributes to it by inaction and apothy. My mother is wheelchair bound because of MS and who is going to take care of her if my father strokes himself out? At least he has improved his diet.
