Where there is the end of the colon attached to your asshole there is the pouch attached to mine. So I poop like any person with a colon now. The only differences is that the stool is "stored" inside the pouch instead of inside the colon. A colon is much bigger than a pouch and because of that I have to poop more often.
My body just has to adapt to the fact that there is whole organ, being over 1m long and weighing about 2-3kg, missing.
The big question is:
How good is he gonna do this?
And the answer to this question is highly individual.
OF course how much and especilly what I eat also plays a role.
E.g. is it better for me to consume very little fiber.
At the moment I eat:
breakfast: 70g of semolina cooked with 300ml of milk then combined with 250g of quark, 2 tablespoons of peanutbutter and sweetened with honey.
snack: banana
lunch: different stuff but it usually contains some potatoes and some meat
snack2: banana
dinner: either whatever is leftover from lunch or another serving of what I eat for breakfast
snack3: Still not sure what to have here as I am usually hungry again 2-3 hours after dinner I need to figure out what to eat here.
At the moment I have no oats in the diet as I only eat them raw and this way they feel like I have swallowed a stone at the moment. But this should go away within the next couple of months. Then oats will be another foodoption. The breakfastcombo works very well as a) I have eaten this on a daily basis before and loved it every morning (this is very important!) b) It doesnt contain much fiber and passes the dgistive system very slow c) IT contains many different kinds of carbs (semolina, honey, milk), lots of slow digesting protein (quark and peanutbutter) and some healthy fats (peanutbutter).
The lunch and dinner leave me room for variety. I also wann try out how good apples work so I have an alternative to bananas.
Next step will be to try out some mealreplacements in a couple of months.
Very important: Slow the digestion down as much as possible. This can be done with medication like immodium or opiate containingstuff or diet or both. We will see what I gonna need.
