Does he have his MC under control? If not i can give you some tips about medication and so on (well, you might think, that im not the best person to give advice as i dont hve my UC under control. But i can tell you, that i have tried almost everything that normally helps people. That means, i know it all. But i just have bad luck.).

Well, im not able to leave the house most of the time for over half a year now. And that was also the last time i lifted till today. The only thing i do are some chins or push ups on the push up bars. But sometimes i cant do anything for weeks. I have to be in remission, completelly off of cortsion for 6-12 months before i can think about lifting heavy again. But thats my goal. The day i have finished my first lifitng session after al that and my bones didnt just break apart i have really won the fight.

Without medication? I take Cortison, antiobiotics and another medication that isnt on the market yet (i took part in a study). The problem is, that those medis dont really help so far (and others i have tried but stopped taking) and that the longtime sideeffects of cortison are pretty bad (and i take big amounts over a year now). Nobody knows why but for some reasons the cushing syndrom you get from taking cortison isnt that bad in my case (although the dosages i take and took are only for short term use and even then people take smaller dosages most of the time).

Ohh okay.
yeah I know my brother have some of that cushion syndrome but not nearly as much as on that picture hehe....
Thats a good thing that you don't get to much from that! I know my brother is working realy hard to loose his belly, he is overall quite slim but his stomach is a bit oversized.

What a night. Every tow hours to the toilette. But the bleeding is getting less and less.

Glad to hear you've had some improvements Graedy. Keep up the fight. Eventually your body is going to give into the minds message that you are healthy and strong. Between you and Carnal training with what you guys are going through its been inspirational. One day at a time guys...
