Thank you. But i just do what i have to do: Keep on fighting.

Did two waves up to 7 chins with 60 seconds rest between sets. That was hard. Then i did 20 reverse grip push ups on the push up bars. Then i was gasping for air while my heart was rtunning at about a billion bpm .

I used to have really bad problems with my colon when I was 20-21 years old. Like you, I would go to the toilet several times a day everyday. It was really bad. But suddenly, after 1-2 year, it improved for no reason.

Today, I still occasionnally suffer from abdominal pain (1-2 times a week), but other than that I feel fine.

I never knew what is the cause. The doctors simply claim it is "irritable bowel syndrom", without doing any test. I never had my colon checked.

Today I can do any activity I want like everyone else. Why it improved? I have no idea. I wish it "heals" for you too.

Steve, you should go to a specialist and have your colon checked. A normal doc often cant make a correct diagnosis. Normally a UC isnt as bad as in my case. So its possible. And if it is UC you must have your colon checked regullary becasue of the massive increased danger of getting cancer.
So its nothing you should ignore just because you feel quite alright today.
People with UC sometimes get into remission for no reason and sometimes for years. Then all of a sudden it starts again.

Got a bad flu. Makes my UC go wild. So i feel like atruck has hit me. Normally i would spend a day in bed and sleep a lot. But at 20+ times to the toilette there is not much sleep for a sick man. All i can say is: If you wanna beat me, it takes a lot more! BRING IT ON! *clenchesteeth* ;)

Cortison up to 10-0-20 + Antibiotic. Man, do i feel fucked . New medication cant work if the colon goes mad like mine at the moment. Thats why the doc advised me to up the cortison again and take the antibiotic. Anyway, when i felt like moving i wlaked over to my pull up bar and did 13 chins, then i repped out in strict dumbell presses with my 15 kg dumbells - 32 reps. I think because of the hormonrelase the "small" pain i always have, disappears for about 20-30 mins even after such ultrashort "workouts". Sadly i cant do them very often because i can barely move at the moment. Almost lost all the hope today because its just to much and i dont know if it will ever end. But now im in fightingmode again because somewhere deep inside of me, i KNOW that its gonna end someday.

"Show must go on!" (btw. did you ever see one of the last Queen concerts when Freddy Mercury already knew, he is gonna die soon and sings "Show must go on!"? Made me cry )
