Yes, it is potatoes. And Döner are like our national food - only they come from Turkey (although I was told numerous times that the Döner in Turkey isnt like the one in Germany and tastes much worse).

- squats 2x50xbw

- assisted pistols lots of triples [ I completelly lack the flexibilty in my ankle to balance those out - as my left ankle is fucked from an old injury I will probably never get htere with my left leg - but we will see...]

- stationary bike 10 min warmup and then 10 mins lvl 8 hills program, never going below 100 pedalturns/minute, 5 min cooldown

Maxlevel is 12. And that is my goal.
Next lowerbodyday (yes, that is how I split my training - feel free to laugh) I gonna try bwsquats for maxreps.

Noobie gains these are.
Woke up with massive crampings this night.
Got up and drank one liter of laxatives. (the key is to do this before you are not able to move from the pain anymore) - went through. This means it is probabaly a subileus again and not an ileus.
Still have quite some pain. Wont eat today and see how it goes tomorrow. If it doesnt go away I need to go to hospital again.
This also means no training today.

Hell.

Nothing like fasting and massive internal pain to make a day pass slowly.

Good luck, Graedy.

Thx, Stone.

At 3 pm it got better and I thought: "Screw it." And went to the weightroom.

- Dips 8x10xbw/6+2xbw [getting better every time]

- Intervalls on the stationary bike [really went nuts]

Then I ahd to eat at least a little something or I would have blacked out.
BAd day turned nice.

Thx guys and Döner is definatelly one delicious choice of fastfood.
Today I helped a friend run his first test for a study on resistancetraining for children and youngsters in school.
We tested different aspects of upper lower and core strength.
after that I talked to a sportteacher sitting there and demonstrted a kind of jump to him. The bad thing is that I shouldnt have done that as with the ileostomy I am always one abd move a way from a hernie. But idiotgraedy forgot about the bag. I got some pretty high pressure on my abs and it didnt feel comforable at all. But now it seems alright again. I guess I got away with a fear.
But it is definatelly time the bag goes. I just do to much stuff in everyday life where the high risk for a hernie is getting on my nerves.
