That's would be funny if it didn't apply to me too.

Graedy, it's very good to have you back. You are THE inspiration of this board. Welcome back, brother.

Thx guys.
Fatkid, we all know what kind of a weak pussy you are
Zerocrew, your progression is seriously impressive. Jason Ferrugia was recently asked in his log what he considers strong. And he answered that in his opinion the old timers had it right. They considered 3/4/5 (bench/squat/DL) as strong. And you are very well on your way to those kind of numbers. Good job. Although you need to man up on those BORs and CHINS

I myself plan on starting some cycling and swimming on a regular basis once my HB is above 10. Until then I will stick to going for longer and longer walks every day. Weighed in at 72kg this morning. 3 kg in 5 days. Nice.

nice weight gain.. I for one know how hard it is to eat and put on weight with this disease.. granted I haven't had the kinds of surgery that you've had.. I'm pulling for you and admire you for taking these chances.. hang in there man

This thread is missing something, but I can't put a finger on what it is, exactly.
