Going through what Matt Kroc describes here for 3 years almost straight now makes me feel hardcore . On the other hand he is a worldclass powerlifter and I am a weak little pussy...
This log is also one of the logs a I follow. This guy has lost one of his testicles due to cancer and still is just amazingly strong and conditioned.

Here is another "interesting" vid of Matt Kroc going nuts:

Isnt as strange as it might sound. But soon this wont be of my buisness anymore. On the other side... hot chicks get this disease as well.

- Chins 3x10/5-3-2 [90sec rest in between sets - kicked my hearts ass - last set was rest/pause, but all reps had very good speed although I felt very worn out today]

- Hammercurls

Or two to three years, if you're one particular German kid...

Thx. I wonder how long I will be mentally tired after finishing the fight. Today living a normal life without suffering and big restrictions seems very strange to me. You grow into everything over time. Cool sig btw.

- BP 4x6x70kg
- CGBP 2x8x70kg
- Pushdowns 2 sets

and after some talking for about 30mins:

- BP 5x90kg [went easy - had 6-7 in me]

Actually I eat them raw

Trained the greenhorn today. HE banged out 5x5 picture perfect, explosive CHINS today (and this after deadlifts and shrugs). Not a long time ago he could do 2 reall ugly ones. He is really getting there.

2 weeks out to the surgery!

Thanks. I can't tell you how many people I know think they're better than someone else because of that person's gender or orientation. The behavior that notion produces is disgusting.

You have at least one mental advantage: your path is set in stone. You know what you're doing and there's no straying. My best workouts are when I have no other options, nothing else to do. You can focus all your mental energy on your recovery. Also, all these cats making PRs for you by the 31st kind of assures you that your fight is motivating the rest of us, making us all stronger as a result.

In fact, I'm going to go deadlift right now...
