It was so fucking close.
But there is always next time..

Btw. I described the pain in my groin to one of the surgeons. He said from the description of the pain it could be a hernia. So he made an examination. Definatelly not a hernia - YEhaw! It is very, very likely a strain in the adductor. Will just go away over time...
This means squatting on sunday.
Look for a SHE doctor for the groin stuff.

90kg PP? Eh, I guess I can stop being so sickeningly nice! The gloves are off Graedy!!

Nice PR.

Cheers!
If I had known you were about to do a PR today I would have walked all the way down to the rowing club.
But I fullfilled my duty and directly called a nice guy at a bike repair shop and it's going to be fixed tomorrow so I won't miss your coming PRs anymore.

Well, I need to break the 92,5 kg you put up next wednesday

- Random conditioning for 30 mins [consiting of brupees, heavy bag, pushups, dips, alternating jumpoing lunges, kneeraise while holding a static pullup...]

- Obliques 20x35kg

- 45° backraise static hold 2x1 min +20kg [on the second set I swung the 20kg plate slightly back and forth - makes it so much harder]

"This workout is brought to you by "Willnevereverbeabletowalkagain". "Willnevereverbeabletowalkagain" the official pain of Squats. Lots of them."

- Pullups 3x3x20kg complex with 3x2xCTB [Pullups felt heavy and shitty]

- CHINS 17+1 [CHINS feel really easy and great recentlly, HAve always been better at Pullups than CHINS. But at the moment pullups just feel weird weak.]

- Boxsquat low bar 3x120kg/3x3x130kg/3x140kg/3x150kg [as a box I used a bench. Puts me above parallel. But not that much. Gonna film it next time. Didn't push it today. Probably left about 10-20kg in the tank. Good way to get used to the heavier weights and do something for the posterior chain.]

- ATG Backsquats 3x20x80kg [The 80kg felt like nothing. But I am still not really comfortable with the high bar position. My skin in this area just isn't used to it yet. But apart from that I love high bar. MY whole body was disgusted from the idea of doing a third set. Screamed like a dying animal.]

- Walking lunges 60x20kg [Two 10kg DBs - was way easier than I had thought. Especially conditioningwise. Still hard.]

- CHINS CTB 1x10 [Wow was that easy. Chest touched bar with ease each rep.]

- Crucifixhold 15kgx12sec [gonna try to hold the 10kg DB for about a minute next time.]

Had to cycle home.

Great workout! I am teh pumped.

- Pushpress 1x80/1x90/1x95/2x0x100kg [WAGH! - Still a 5kg PR]

- BP 4x105 [hit rack, probably had the fifth in me]/5x102,5/5x100/5x95/5x92,5 = 2370kg in 15 mins

- Cablerows 20xstack+30kg/15x+30kg/10x+30kg [90sec rest]

- Dips 10x25kg/8x25kg/6x25kg+4negatives [90sec rest]

- CHINS 13/8 [2min rest - not to failure but close]

- 30 mins jog [Jan talked me into this]

I cycle 5km to training and 5km back.

So, finally bet me by 2,5kg. I think I can handle this. Be prepared!

I waited in vain for you yesterday. I thought you use your mobile on a regular basis.
Next time I wont' rely on SMS.

I'll leave at about 16h today. See you next week!

Also been to the doc today. SAw my bloodwork from the end of may. I am not anemic anymore but my HB is still low which means that my blood can still transport less oxygen than it should. Also bloodiron wasn't good.
Took some blood today.
Results next week.
Also gonna go to the hospital I had my surgeries done soon for the first routine pouchcheckup. They call back in the next few days.
I feel good. Pouchwise it could be better but it is ok. My body is just still adotping and recovering.
Last day at work tomorrow. Now the nurses have to actually work again
Hope to get some kind of holidays in before the semster starts and I begin my long journey to becoming a doctor...

Thx, Devilsson. Seeing what an amount of strength is possible by following your log has always been an inspiration for me.
So when will I have to acutally call you officer?

- CII 500m in 1:28.6 [1 sec PR]

- DL 2x5x120kg/5x110kg [just to test my back - left errector is still crmaping, but by far not as abad as it used to do]

- uprows 3x5x60kg [Say whatever you want but I love thsi exercise ]
ss
- obliques 3x12x40kg [pretty easy]

- CHINS 2x10/2static L-hold/midway pullup holds of about 20 secs

On my way home with the bicycle I really pushed the pace on the last hill, going just under 40km/h.
Actually treating my asthma with sprays and stuff again makes all the differnce in my conditioning.
I just have a wicked immune system. Got very, very few infections in my life but have several chronical illnesses associated with autoimmune reactions.
Well... who cares.
I plan to try something:
I wanna get either 3 mealreplacements and a 3 fruit + 2 solid meals or 3 solid meals and 2 replacments/fruit in every day (depending on wether I am at home or not). And that at the same time every day. 8:00AM; 10-11:00AM; ~1:00PM; ~5:00PM; ~8:00 PM to see how my digestive system responds to the regular eating. All the crap I have been eating lately will be cut out. Only snack allowed will be nuts. I plan to precook potatoes and meat and always have a backpack with some Fresubin and some fruit with me.
Trainingwise I plan to do some type of LSD and if it just for 20 mins every off day and lift 3 times a week.

About the CII challenge: Several weeks ago I decided not stress myself with it. My body just wasn't ready for pushing it strengthwise, conditioningwise and working shifts in the hospital. My bloodwork showed that I was very right about that.
They reduced the distance for the challenge to 750m. The first 3 starters for the team are very likely set. If Iam all of sudden their best bet for the 4th starter fo tht team becasue all the rowers just suck - I will do it. If they have someone better - I will not be disappointed in any way.
I gonna kick ass next year anyway .
