Went to work yesterday. Felt really bad and sick. After 2 hours I decided to go home. Just after I had told the others that I gonna go home I had to run to the toilette at the hospital to vomit.
At home I layed in bed all day having crazy fever dreams. Being half awake, half asleep and not being able to move.
Didn't eat or drink anything (would have vomited).
Today I feel better. But still not good. Won't work today.
Hopefully I am fine tomorrow.

Still feel like complete shit. Can't eat anything. Lying arround without any energy and feeling sick of course brings back memories of old days that are not gone for too long.
That really fucks with my mind.
But maybe it is necessary to face some scenes from my past in my feverdreams again. With me feeling quite similar to those days at the moment those scenes come really close. But I know it is over.
In a couple of days I will feel fresh and full of energy.

Gready.... I know it what it may feel like but you've done a lot to get to where you are and you beat your illness. You're one tough guy and have the heart of a lion. This little illness you've picked up (probably from VLA trying to touch you in a wierd way) will pass and you'll be putting people to shame with your workouts in a few days. Rest and get well and I look forward to reading your log once you're 100%.

Thanks, man.
My whole family had it. Dirty Vla !
Feeling better. Have dropped about 4-5 kg. Lots of water, some muscle and some fat. That is how it goes...
Plan on training tomorrow.
MAybe I can now finally get in lots of sessions of solid strengthtraining in a row.
Have 4 days freetime now. Redicvoered an old computergame I loved as a teen: Anno 1602. Just great!

- Pullups 5x5x15kg [solid]

- DL 3x3x130kg [lower back and hamstrings are the weak]

- Frontsquat 6x80kg/4x90kg [the old "upper back cramping makes me unable to breath" problem occured again, not as bad as in the past though]

- Strict OHP up to 3x62,5kg [this needs so much work]

- Shrugs 2x20x95kg

- Curls 6x40/5x45kg

- DB Curls 1 set

- Abwork

My weakpoints are all the muscles of the core. But of course that was expected as this is the region I couldn't use at all for month and not properly for years.
My bench, dips, pullups, rows and frontsquats are solid in form and ahead of the other lifts in weight. While the FS definatelly needs to overtake the BP soon. I hope that most of my newbie gains will come in DL and OHP as those lifts are way behind.

- CII 5x300m@1:35 [2 min break]

The 1:35 is the time 500m would take at that speed. So basically just a way to measure intensity. Some people use watts but most use time/500m as it is most practicable.
So had I held up this speed for 1000m they would have takne me 3:10. MY goal is to get well under 3:10 and as close as possible to 3:00 mins.
No way in hell could I put up a 3:10 at the moment. LEt alone better. So there is a lot of work to do.

- Towelpullups 12/8/7 [pulled the ends of the towel to my navel and apart]

- FS 4x6x80kg [had a shitty groove today, last set was good]

- BP 5x90/5x92,5/5x95/5x97,5/3x100kg [For some reason I hate doing more than 3 sets, maybe I am just lazy]

- BOrow underhandgrip 12x75/8x85kg

- CII 2000m@~2:03 [easy today, the determining factor for me is the good old cardio, pulse is way too high and lungs work much too hard]

I need cardio, strength and mass - Food, food and more food for graedy!

- Pullups 10xbw/5x3x20kg/15xbw/10xbw

- RDLs 3x8x100kg [the weightdistribution isn'T even for some reason, makes my left back cramp a little]

- OHP strict 5x3x60kg

- Dips 20xbw/10xbw

- Facepulls 1 set

- CII rowing

Then I went to play soccer with the hospital team for 2 hours. There will be a little tournament on friday. This was our only training . Haven't played soccer for at least 5 years.
The weather is hot and humid over here at the moment. So I sweated like one thousand litres.
