today i did:
powercleans:
5 @ 20kg
5 @ 30kg
5 @ 40kg
3 @ 50kg
3 @ 55kg
3 @ 50kg
cleans:
3 @ 40kg

deadlifts:
5 @ 60kg
5 @ 85kg
5 @ 85kg
5 @ 85kg
then i stretched and showered
i did powercleans because i couldn't like, not pull the bar too high to make a regular clean. i also can't front-squat as much as i can powerclean :-/. i did a few sets of cleans with a lower weight & i am gonna work up from that weight from now on.
deadlifts felt very easy despite having not done them in a few weeks. i am glad, i think i could have done 100kg but i am still taking it easy on my back. maybe next time.
