Anyways, i have good success with high volume work with my grip (though I've never tried it with grippers to be honest... and it's mostly because I don't have an un-fucked number 1 to play with any more). and since you're ultimately looking for an increased single, I would do a lot of singles. How many? 100 per hand in 20 minutes. that's the kind of volume I'm talking about. Do a single with your left hand, pass it to your right, etc. Once you can crank out 90-100 per hand in 20 minutes, file down your gripper to make it tougher. I think you could get away with doing this once a week. this method however is unorthodox at best. Most gripper giants say that overcrushes are the way to go.
so are you only interested in gripper stuff or should I tell you to buy a copy of "mastery of hand strength" a six lb sledge and some blockweights too?
