Favorite Lovecraft stories? Mine are At the Mountains of Madness, The Dunwich Horror and The Shadow over Innsmouth. I would also say The Outsider, but somehow it reads more like a story by Poe.

I'm partial to The Colour Out of Space, The Call of Cthulhu, and The Dreams in the Witch House.

Dreams in the Witch House is a really good one I agree. The Call of Cthulhu is great as is The Dunwich Horror and The Mountains of Madness. I am also partial to The Thing on the Doorstep and The Mound.

Okay, who's up for making a non-Euclidian power rack?

Plates made from ooze-dripping green stone?

"Cthulhu's Gym" T-shirts?

The only thing I have read by Lovecraft is the Necronomicon. I will have to check out some of the others mentioned.

Week 2 -Wednesday

Deadlift: 150x5x5 (Before the 150x5x5 I loaded up 100lbs for one pull and increase the weight by 10 for one pull to see how it felt, got to 150 and felt I could do it. It wasn't fast, I tookone to two minutes between pulls, but I finished them all. The back is alittle tight, but I believe a hot shower will help with that. All in all, I feel great...tired, but great.)

Squats: 75x5x5

Military Press: 60x5x5 (This was actually the hardest one of the whole workout)

Pullup: 3x5 with 75lbs assistance.

I finally got the better Body Composition analysis this afternoon. This was done with a Tanita Body Analyzer BC-418

Weight: 224lbs
BMI: 31.5
BMR: 9535 kj
2279kcal
Fat%: 25.4%
Fat Mass: 57.4%
FFM: 168.61lbs
TBW: 123.4lbs

It even breaks down right and left leg and arms and trunk. It showed that I have more predicted muscle mass in my left arm than my right which is understandable as I'm left handed.

I'll run another one in August to see how I have progressed over the month.
