Lost 3-1...had the only goal...too many guys but cardio/agility felt good...felt light on my feet

Bag Class

3 rounds warm-up

1st:
2x Jab, low kick

2nd:
2x Jab, low kick, 3x hooks

3rd:
2x Jab, low kick, 3x hooks, cross, switch kick

4th:
Same as 3rd, double up kicks

5th:
4 front kicks

6th:
6 front kicks, 4 punches

7th:
8 front kicks, 6 punches

200 Squats w/12-lb medicine ball
6-30 second sets of twisting in v-position thingy holding 12-lb medicine ball

Kicks still suck, I'm going to need someone to show me before or after class. Wore compression shirt for the 1st time and wiped myself off as much as possible therefore didn't leave a big sweaty mess on the mats. Cardio felt alright for not going in awhile.
