Tornado's are fucked up, so random and chaotic. Earthquakes are brief and you learn to just lay there and take it and hope it ends soon, like prison rape I guess. We had about 30-40 medium sized quakes over the course of about 3 days, something to do with the plates sliding along. Which is preferable to them just shifting suddenly. The first day almost every 20min we'd have a shaker. After a week the total was up to about 50 medium sized quakes. At first everyone was freaking out, but by the end of Day 2 conversations wouldn't even stop despite the buildings shuffling around.
Nice log, good work pulling 315*5 after a layoff.

Indoor soccer game:
First game for us in a month or so. We won 3-2....I scored 2 last night. Felt really good, didn't even wrap my groin for the first time in 7 months or so. Cardio was decent, not where it needs to be though. While going to bag class has definitely helped, it is different then playing a soccer game.
I just bought brand new running shoes so I'm wanting to start running/agility drills in the morning before I go to work. I've been waking up at 6am for the past two weeks so I don't think pushing it to 5.30am would be too much so I could get a decent jog in.

My kicks felt alot better today, felt I was on my toes when kicking. Only problem was my shins felt like shit.
Came home and did Ross Core Conditioning Circuit as well

I just ate a shitload of sloppy joes mixed with rice.
Now I need to buy my own equipment instead of using the hand me downs from my friend.
