So I didn't work out last night.
But I have signed up for bag classes at corelouisville. Starting tonight 6-6.45
Wanted to sign up for Muay Thai as well but with the cost and I would only be able to attend one night a week, I couldn't justify it.
6pm workout:
Bag Class
3 rounds
Skip Rope
Pushups
Squats
Worked the heavy bag
1st 3 rounds:
Jab, Low kick (added 3 hooks one round then added another low kick after hooks for 3rd round)
Took eveything slow...working on making sure my foot was pointed outwards mainly. Kept wanting to point forward soccer style...also noticed myself slightly leaning back when kicking...similar to what i do in soccer thus kicking the ball high
Next round:
Jab, cross, switchkick (i think)
Next round:
Jab, cross, switchkick, cross, switchkick
Then we did punchouts with squats and punchouts with jumping jacks
finished with 200 squats and planks

Felt sore this morning...plan to hit the gym for an upper body workout before the UL/Marquette game.
5pm workout at UL gym:
SOHP
Bar x 5
95 x 5
115 4x5
DB Chest Press
55 4x8
OH Tricep Extension
60 3x10
Curls
30 3x10

Warm-up
5 rounds:
Rope skip
Pushups
Squats
1 round:
Jab, Cross, body hook, low kick
1 round:
Jab, Cross, body hook, low kick, cross, switch kick
2 rounds:
Same except 2x kicks
1 round:
Same add front kick
2 rounds:
4 front kicks, 4 punches, 4 low kicks, 4 switch kicks
puking feeling
3 min situps 12-lb medicine ball
50 pushups

Won 9-3...3 assists...Sucked we didn't have enough of our own players we had to borrow some from other teams.

6pm Bag Class:

Edit: Let me try to think of what we did
1 Round:
Jab, cross, hook, low kick
Round:
Jab, Jab, Cross, hook, low kick, right knee
round:
Jab, Jab, Cross, hook, low kick, right knee, switchkick
Round:
Jab, Cross, hook, right knee, left knee
I know we did another long combo round in there too
I struggle on the longer combos forgetting what to do...basically still working on form anyway
2 rounds
Alternate 30s of switchknees on the bag and squats with 10lb medicine ball
Finish with 300 crunches with 12lb medicine ball

What is the point of having a goal of being able to do a triple clap pushup? Not being a **** here, I really don't know.
