Haha...not my routine..just starting strength

I realized I needed to get back to basics and actually stick with it for 18 or so weeks

Weighed in this morning at 183lbs

Was planning to run but... stayed up late finishing a project in Random Variables and Processes, roommate woke me up at 1.30 to do laundry, and earthquake hit around 5.30

so not a good night of sleep
