Well, that means you'll have an easier time doing them from the hang position.
I did the same thing on the Magic 60 challenge for the swings (full overhead extension when eye level was all that was needed).

Stairs 20 minutes various speeds

I remembered a thread in conditioning about a C2 rower...we have one at our gym
10 minutes on rower....2000m

Thick Bar Deadlifts
135 3x5
Hold the bar to failure on last rep of every set

100 crunches with 12-lb med ball
50 twists with 12-lb med ball

Various other stuff waiting for the wife and her brother to finish playing racquetball
