Pullups are getting easier now. Throughout the day I randomly do pullups (2-3 at a time normally). So over a day I normally do 20-30 pullups. I like being decent at pullups for once.

The 255x5 was really hard on the last couple reps. I stuck with the weight instead of upping it, and I only got 3 the second time on it. Now I have a rough idea of my 5x5 bench ability. I'll adjust next week to end my 5x5 around 255.

425x5 was easy until the last rep, which I struggled through. I was hoping to get like 455x2 or 3, but I barely got the 1. After that, I felt dead for the rest of my workout.

damn, well, you're work load is impressive. mine is opposite, i have a nice max compared to how crappy my workout capacity is.

I just don't feel right if I only run through a few things at the gym. I'm trying to balance a good amount of things into each day as well as a little grip and ab work. So it just seems to pile on. That and I discovered I like to go back to the main movement after all the assisting lifts, grip, and ab work. I don't know why.

And yeah... I envy your max ability. I'll one day get good at maxing! One day!
