I just don't feel right if I only run through a few things at the gym. I'm trying to balance a good amount of things into each day as well as a little grip and ab work. So it just seems to pile on. That and I discovered I like to go back to the main movement after all the assisting lifts, grip, and ab work. I don't know why.
And yeah... I envy your max ability. I'll one day get good at maxing! One day!
