Apparently I still have congestion Workout2 of the Day:
Muay Thai: 1 hour
Stretching
30 Leg Raises
30 Flutter Kicks
30 Leg Raises
30 Flutter Kicks
Some other random ab work
2 minute Cherry Pickers (ride the bike, pick the cherries and put them in your backpack)
Pushup Circuit: Knuckles, Fingertips, Wrists, Diamond, Wide
Explosions (Squat jump + reach high up in the air with your arms) x 20
Burpees (no jump or pushup, what a joke) x 30
Thai Pad Kick Drills:
Power kick for power kick
3 kicks for 3 kicks
5 for 5
7 for 7
Power kick for power kick again
Bag Drill
1-2 combo pyramid from 1 time to 6 times, for some amount of time, I don't know
BJJ: 1 hour
Worked armlocks from guard, two rear naked choke escapes, locking the other person's arm below your leg when going for a RNC, and I think that's it.

Our cherry pickers are where you sit on the floor on your tailbone, pretend you're riding a bike (so pedaling with your feet elevated), and reaching overhead pretending to pick cherries off of a tree and then putting them into your pretend backpack. It might sound confusing, but it's easy to show to somebody. They are pretty hard.
And Squat thrusts would be squatting down and standing right? The burpees they did were basically, squat down, sprawl, stand up.

First - great job. All of the squats look good.
Second, your box sucks ass. It is way too unstable. Do you have bumper plates at the gym? If so, stack those together.
I think the 315x3 looked very good. I think you need to sit back a bit more on the 365x1 and focus on keeping your legs a bit more vertical. (it may just be the camera angle).
Nice videos.

Good - what concerns me is that the box starts to rise when you sit on it. I not sure it is stable enough to pause on and relax your hip flexors.

Maybe if I turned it sideways and sat in the middle of the box?
I can also try the bumpers. I need to work on this whole SITTING part of the box squat.

I left a comment on Youtube, but basically, you're not doing a box squat, you're just squatting down to a box and pausing. When you hit the box, relax your hip flexors completely. You should release all the tension that is naturally there from descending w/ the weight, then power straight up with hips, hams and glutes.
It's still a great squat. You're just not realizing any of the benefits that make a box squat different from a regular back squat.

Thanks, Fatty. I'll be working on that.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: 1 hour
Worked an arm triangle from the bottom of guard. Worked taking the back from the bottom of guard. Worked going to an armlock if the going to the back is countered. Worked a second armlock if that's countered. Worked a third if that one is countered.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: 4 x 6 minute rounds, 1 minute rest between rounds
Free Roll.
Guy 1: I got caught with an armbar in his guard. I caught him with an anaconda choke.
Guy 2: Got caught with armbar in dude's guard. Almost had an arm triangle, but lost it.
Guy 3: Caught him with an armbar from mount. Got him with an arm triangle from mount to side control. Tried for an armbar from the bottom of guard, missed and tried for a triangle, I got rolled back and ended up in the bottom of guard again. I rolled for an omoplata and he rolled out before I secured it. He tried for a triangle but I rolled out. He then went for a guillotine, I maneuvered over but then he caught me with a choke I couldn't see, but I assume was similar to a guillotine. I couldn't see, as my gi was over my head.
I think that's all.
