Muay Thai: 1 hour
Warmed up with stretching, lunges, and squat jumps down the mat and back.

Round 1: Warmup with Thai Pads
Round 2: Bob and Weave drill
Round 3: Slips and counters to jabs and crosses
Round 4: Knees in the clinch

All those were 3 minute rounds I believe.

Switch to hold for those drills.

Ab drills:
Sit with feet elevated and catch medicine ball, touch to each side on the floor, and then throw to partner, repeat for a minute.

Get medicine ball dropped onto abs, pick it up and hand it to your partner at their chest level, approximately. x 1 minute

Leg raises with partner throwing your legs down. x 1 minute.

Advanced Muay Thai: 1 hour

Worked on kicking from different angles for a little bit
Punch combinations for the rest of the time

I ordered some Rehbands. Thanks for the rec. I read from someone (you or fatty) to get them a size to small. Is that correct?

You definitely want them tight. I was borderline on sizes, so I emailed Jackal's and they told me I needed the smaller ones. I wear mediums. Did you order the blue ones?

I ordered the blue ones. I according to the sizing chart, I was between a large and x-large. I went with the large. I have a pair of the mediums from APT, but they are too small.

I went with some medium Rehbands. They're tight as all fuck, but they don't move anywhere without some hefty tugging.

I have pretty ghetto legs too, enright. I just got the same size Fatty got. I know he's somewhere around my weight, so I just assumed his size would fit. Luckily, they fit really well. I hope yours fit just as well!

My first set of these I technically hit 5, but the last one was ugly as all sin and not strict in any sense. So I just kept it to 4 reps per set and tried to stay strict. This will be my new work weight until I get 5 nice, strict ones each set.
