Muay Thai: 1 hour

Jump Rope/Push Ups/BW Squats/More Jump Rope warmup

Ab Circuit (crunches, leg raises, bicycles, side crunches, planks, other ab stuff)

Push Up Pyramid (1-8 and back down)

Drill 1: Groups of 3, one person holds the pad, one person does 5 kicks per side (hard), the other does exercises (rotates between burpees, push ups, crunches)

Drill 2: Groups of 3, one person holds the pad, one person does 10 kicks per side (fast), the other does exercises (rotates between jump squats, lunges, leg raises)

Boxing Defense/Offense Drill: Just throwing punches and defending. Do one round either offense or defense, and then switch places after.

Tag: Light sparring.

BJJ: 1 hour

Worked breaking grip on armbars
Worked going to a triangle from an armbar attempt
Worked two different takedowns (one into an armbar, one into side control)

BJJ Free Roll: 13 minutes
6 minute roll
1 minute rest
6 minute roll

I suck at BJJ.

Thanks, Zero.

Muay Thai: 1 hour
Jump Rope/Pushups/BW Squats/Jump Rope/Pushups/Crunches Warm Up

Bounce Medicine Ball On Wall x 1 minute
Do Pushups x 1 minute
Repeat 4 times

Wheelbarrows Down and Back length of mat

Kick Drills with kick shield x 2 kicking x 2 holding
Kick Drills with Thai Pads x 4

Advanced Muay Thai: 1 hour
5 minute basics/3 for 3 knees in the clinch drill
30 second rest
5 minute basics/knees from multiple clinches drill
1 minute rest

Switch to hold thai pads for same drills

2 minute rounds of tag
felt like 15 seconds rest
x 6

I don't think all the times add up right. I probably have some round times off. But I don't think I missed any of the drills.

I had done MT with a friend before, but I wouldn't really count that for much. We ran drills a couple days a week for about 6 months. I've done serious MT and BJJ for about a week each

But the previous MT experience has helped out a ton so far. I'm a few steps ahead of all the other newbies.

Yeah, I thought this was a new thing.

I was just confused because you're in "advanced MT".
Actually, I'm still a bit confused on that.

The instructor said I have the basics down enough to attend the advanced classes. The big difference is that the basic class tends to be more conditioning only oriented, and more geared to casual class takers. The advanced class goes into things to use in a fight.

ie: last basic class was conditioning and baby kick drills, whereas the advanced we worked clinching, under/overhooking an arm to clinch from the side, body control while clinching, throwing a few knees and then dropping the clinch to throw in short punches, and lots of tag

Pushed my Push workout to tomorrow, because I'm dead beat tired.

BJJ: 1 hour
worked a couple takedowns (one into an armbar, one into a gi choke, and one into side control), a sweep from half guard, a failed takedown into an armbar, and I think that's it.

Free Roll: Time?
Rolled for two rounds. I have sweet scabs on my forearms from atlas stones last weekend, so I called it quits after two rounds due to the scabs bleeding out everywhere, for the sake of not grossing people out.
