So I've been reviewing this routine
Please critique this routine!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I think I'm going to switch out the quad day with more curls.
A religion professor of mine, and also the head of the honors department at my University, once told me in all seriousness, "Adam, you have to do curls for the girls."
I knew the world was doomed from that point on.
My tale starts as a fat kid growing up and entering college. I endured a knee injury after attending an xLooking Forwardx show. Since surgery I got into lifting as a part of rehab (this forum is the reason being for that

). I've since fallen in love with it. I've lifted seriously for about a year now. I've gotten fairly strong, but I've also been really bad at keeping together any sort of program or order in my lifting.
A couple times a week I get lessons in Muay Thai from two friends who attends classes. My school schedule conflicted with me starting up taking classes personally, this semester. They just basically make me run drills for an hour. I hope that after this semester I can work my class schedule in such a manner to take classes personally.
My goals are as follows, get stronger, get leaner slowly but surely, but most importantly, to finally start having some order to my lifting.
I just got off the Smolov Jr for bench. I haven't retested for my new max yet. Before that, I did a very small deload after a strongman comp. Before that I completely the base cycle for the Smolov Squat Cycle. Before that, it was all random shit.
My stats are as follows:
20 Years Old
6'
roughly 235lbs
full time student
Best all time lifts are:
Squat: 415lbs to parallel
Deadlift: 475lbs
Bench:295lbs
Power Clean: 245lbs
Push Press: 260lbs
My next plan is after Thanksgiving to start up the Coan/Phillipi as explained here
http://www.powerpage.net/coanphildead.html
I plan to replace the lat pull downs with Chins.
This coming week is my week off though.
So I'll start posting my workouts in this from now on. I expect them to be fully picked apart by all of you.
