Altering your diet is the most effective way to achieve weight loss. The best way to modify your diet and understand it is to write down everything you put into your body. From there you can make adjustments to it to ensure you're eating properly. A good website to track this info and look up the nutritional value of foods is Calorie Count Plus - Free, Intelligent, Online Dieting Just remember that to lose a pound of weight you must burn approximately 3500 calories. p.s. Just because you're eating healthy doesn't mean you have to go hungry so don't deprive yourself and you'll be able to keep the weight off after you lose it.

AS, I'm down to 232 by just changing my diet. Eat less. Limit your drinking.

Being fat is NFG. But being fat and as weak as you are is really shitty. Lose some weight. You're a good dude; I don't want you to die before Fozzy's queer ass.

Where's the workout?

Don't tell us what you're going to do. Do it.

Workout tonight and update tomorrow.

Food today:
whole wheat tortilla with black beans and tofu for breakfast.

broiled chicken breast, spinach, and lima beans for lunch.

Lots of water, some green tea, and one cup of coffee (all with nothing added) to drink.

Dinner is TBD but healthy.

Trying to drink Sat. only or not at all.

Packing a lunch every day.

Drinking not at all was a deal killer last time, right? Once a week and in moderation man. Quit being a pussy.

When I want to dry out, and I do it often in short spurts just to make sure I can, I have to eliminate all alcohol from my house. If it's not there, I can't drink it, and the walk/drive to the bar is enough time to remind myself of the commitment I'll be breaking if I actually make it to the bar.

3 circuits of:

5x50lb DB snatch each arm
5x50lb DB swing each arm
10x no pushup burpee

I was trying for the magic 50, but my fat ass barely finished 30. It was ugly. I could have gone with a lighter dumbell, but I'd still be a weak, fat turd.

My last meal of yesterday was one 98% fat free hot dog on a whole wheat bun with a little (1/3 bowl) leftover homeade chicken tortilla soup that was on its last day of edibility.

Breakfast this morning was 10 egg whites cooked with no oil for 170 calories and an assload of protein.

Lunch is a grilled chicken breast, green beans, carrots, pineapple.

Welcome back AS. Don't visit D&S about dieting unless you want a headache and want to smash your head up against a wall.
