Now that the initial hazing is complete, we look forward to seeing training in this log.

ONE you've made really good gains, especially if you havent put on much if any fat.

Two, I wonder how often you change your work outs. My work out are a little different each time I work out and I really change them up about every two or three weeks. If I was doing back squats I go to front squats. I've recently been throwing in overhead squats and today I did quite a few sets of overhead squats. Im not really going for size...well, I used to really work on my upper body (ten years ago) then I took alot of time off (surgery) and had other work out goals...but regardless...

The thrid thing that I notice is that you do quite a bit of volume. I dont know how long it takes you to work out but if its going on two hours your never gonna make big gains, unless of course your using some 'supplements' which is your own business but I stress if you are a natural athlete there is only so much long workouts will give you. REally the more you work out the more its like your going from being a sprinter to being a marathon runner...if that makes any sense. If you figure the worlds top marathoners get it done in two and a half hours take note...because if you lift intensly for two and a half hours every day or even every other day your not going to be able to put on the size that you want...no matter how mcuh you eat.

If your really serious about it I would narrow your work outs down to your goals...do you want to simply get big (like a body builder) or would you rather have really great strength (like a power lifter or olympic athlete?). I know Olympic lifters lift for hours at a time but they keep the reps low (one or two ususally).

If you are serious I would say break it down into two shorter, more intense work outs...I used to get alot out of working out for two forty minute sessions per day. I didnt really stick to what my routine stated (that was an outline) but to what my body was telling me...like if my chest was too sore....the I would do something else.

Good Lifting.

and although I did bash you welcome to the SnP, We joke, flame and have a good time. Your goals are different than most of us, but we'll be supportive if you don't act like a giant douche (we tend to hate on them types). Good luck with your training
