Think Amazon sells them for about $30.

When do you get shin splints? I get them running on any surface basically except grass.

Wednesday 4/2
Woke up, my back wasn't bothering me basically at all. Then while in one of my classes it started to really bother me to the point where I couldn't sit there anymore. Then when I got up, it took like 15 seconds before I was able to walk normally because of the pain. Skipped my last class, came home and it wasn't hurting again.
about 45 minutes of stretching, pvc, and traction. My back felt half way decent so I tried some sled work...
Backward sled walking (slow)
100lbs on sled x 4 trips of 100 feet.
-lots of lactic acid the last 20-30 feet of each set.
Forward sled sprints
100lbs on sled x 6 trips of 100 feet
calf raises / band leg curl super sets
3 sets. first set I did hanging leg raises as well, but it bothered my back so I didn't do them the last 2.
Hopefully I'll get a good overhead day in tomorrow..... if cleaning the axle bothers my back I'll just do it out of the rack, and if doing jerks hurts my back, I'll just strict press. If even that hurts, I'll just do incline/close grips. Hopefully I'll be able to get some rows in as well...

You still going to do the contest if this guy makes your back feel better?
