Sweet man. I really liked those farmer's handles, I can't get over how much easier it was than the dumbbells I've used.

You want to switch numbers in case we want to train and can't get in touch with each other here? To make it easier.

Sunday 3/30

My back hurt a lot when I woke up. I really need to stop being stupid and just call up the ART doctor that is literally 2 miles from my house. I just hope they take my insurance and that I don't have to go to my normal doctor first.

Did a ton of stretching and traction. Re-watched those band traction videos and completely forgot about one that I used to do that helped a lot. I looped two light bands over my pull up bar and wrapped them around my lower back, laid on the floor, then picked my legs up and rested them on the bands and did the traction from there. Took a ton of pressure off my back and felt really good.

Axle split jerks from the rack (technique work)
70 x 5
110 x 5
130 x 5
160 x 3
160 x 3
160 x 3
180 x 3
180 x 3
180 x 3 (squat jerks)
160 x 3 (strict press)
-They felt terrible today, I think because my back was bothering me so much.

Close grip chin ups with 25lbs dumbbell between feet
3 sets of 5

Dumbbell floor press (pause every rep)
55s x 10
75s x 10
75s x 10
75s x 10

Then did more traction

Was going to hit the tire with my sledgehammer, but I was lazy.

Dude, my back was on fire today. It didn't help I had work for 9.5 hours either, but I think I may be dying lol.

haha. i'm not sore at all, but where I injured my back last may has been really bothering me again lately. I need to go see this ART doctor about it and hope that he can fix it without me having to get surgery. I am in pain just walking, then it will feel better, and I'll be stupid and do deadlifts and then aggrivate it again, and not be able to do much for a couple days until it feels better. Then I'll squat and aggrivate it again, and the process repeats itself.

LOL Mine is on fire. It's kind of sore still but heat has been helping. I'm technically supposed to DL again today but that ain't happening.

I've done the SI sprain thing a couple of times. Every now and again, things settle down and I feel great. But randomly, when I think all is well, for a few weeks I'm hobbling around like an old man.

I have a Spineworx; it's like magic. -- Click here --

Don't read into this as medical advice or anything at all. Just my experience has been that when I'm sore, I lie on the thing for 10 mins and all is well in the world. Might be entirely wrong for your injury. But for me, it's a godsend.

Thanks for that. I may just be dumb, but I can't find a price for it on there. How much did it cost? I'm gonna check into the ART doctor and keep doing traction on my back before trying anything else, but I bookmarked that site because it looks like something decent.
