I've been doing HST workouts for about a year but will be starting a 5x5 (intermediate Starr from Madcow's site) in a few weeks.
my last workout was:
OH Press 1x5x135
Power Clean + Strict Press 1x5x155
Power Clean + Push Press 1x5x190
Front Squats 1x5x135, 1x5x155, 1x5x175, 1x5x190
finally got the hang of front squats after practicing them for ~ a month.
other personal records:
dips 1xbw +90
strict OHP 2x165
my goal is to get stronger and am starting a log here for some motivation.
a log is better than bad, it's good

the 255 set was actually 5 singles, as the m time between reps was ~ 5 mins.
