Getting strong so I can kill you.

Here it goes, I've been working out for about 9 months and after taking a month off I'm gonna shake up my routine. Here it goes.
Monday
Snatch grip jump shrug 3 x 3-6
Barbell Squat 5 x 4-6
Push press 3 x 6-8
Back extension 2 x 10


Tuesday
Bench Press 4 x 4-6
Pullup 4 x 8
Barbell shoulder press 2 x 12
Barbell curl 3 x 10



Thursday
High Pull 3 x 3-5
Front Squat 3 x 6-8
Romanian Deadlift 4 x 6-8
Lunge ( I fucking hate these) 3 x 10



Friday
Barbell incline bench 4 x 6-8
Lateral raise 3 x 12
tricept extension 3 x 10


all days include
flutter kicks x 20
bicycle crunches 2 x 25
side crunches 2 x 25
and whatever I do at bjj

Lol! Did you steal this routine out of my mind? This looks so similar with the stuff I plan to do in about 3 weeks. Now I can see how it goes... Good luck!

Didn't feel like waiting till thursday, since I didn't do bjj tonight because of a court appearance, here my weak ass goes.
Tuesday
Bench 2 x 5 x 145
1 x 5 x 155 <--- struggled on 5th rep cause of weak ass tri's
1 x 2 x 160
It's official, I should turn in my testicles.

Pull ups on a door cause it's all I got
2 x 8
2 x 8 with slight ( a whole lot) of foot assistance on the door
Barbell shoulder press
1 x 10 x 95
1 x 12 x 85

Barbell curl
2 x 10 x 75
1 x 8 x 75 <----- it got real ugly at the end

Flutter kicks 20
bicycle crunches 2 x 25
side crunches 2 x 25

Pulled a muscle in my back at bjj tonight so I'm gonna do thursday on friday and friday on sat.
however at Renzo's I did
20 push ups
10 dive bombers
10 triangle setups
10 choke setups
20 side crunches
10 squats (bodyweight only)
I feel like a pussy

10 Triangle setups and choke setups? What were they?

Triangle setup are when you lay on your back in like an open guard, bring your hips way up and triangle them leaving your hands on your chest. Pretty tuff imo

Achoke setup is just a crunch with both legs spread and in the air and simulating a collar choke.

Oh, triangle situps. I.E. A variation on grappler situps.
